There is room for improvement. Breakfast: if the food is hot (like eggs) it should stay hot.They had the warmers but choose not to put it on. At least but a mosquito net on the bathroom window so it can stay open and guest would not get eaten by bugs.Beds were uncomfortable.

Close to the main street but still quiet enough in the evenings. I thought it was actually on the lake but it is set back slightly.

Loved our stay here we ended up extending to stay longer, room was very clean and comfortable, beautiful pool area and lovely & helpful staff They gave us tips on things to do in Ninh Binh and have moped rent Definitely recommend this home stay

The staff was really kind and helpful. Recommended a lots of activities and also provide motorbike rental. I loved everything.

The best staff

Pretty hotel just opposite Tam Coc Lake. Nice and quiet away from the main drag with all the restaurants and bars. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty and there was a good choice on offer. The room was comfortable and clean and tastefully decorated. Great location for going on a boat ride on Tam Coc lake! The towels could have been a bit fluffier, they looked as if they had seen better days! I'm not sure that I liked the fact that the bathroom sink was inside the room and not inside the bathroom, seemed a bit odd but given the size of the bathroom I can see why it was like this.

Staff were amazing!! Great breakfast. Great location. I loved it.. There was black mould all over the pillows and mattress. This is extremely unsafe. We could smell it when we entered the room and checked the bedding. We asked for new pillows and they were also covered in mould. I was with my boyfriend and two of my friends were in another room and they also found mould all over their bed. We are all sick with mould related illness. This really needs attention as it will make people sick, it’s unsafe and smells bad. We also booked a vip cabin bus through the reception and the bus we received my a down grade from what we paid for.

? Staff are super friendly and helpful! Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Good location in Tam Coc, close to restaurants but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Rooms are quite basic and could do with a fresh lick of paint. Bed is a bit springy.

The place was so comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful with every question we had. The breakfast was delicious and the room was so comfy to come to after a long sleeper bus. The property was absolutely gorgeous too, just a 5 minute walk into the centre. Nothing

Homestay the best in Ninh Binh, Cozy and clean space, friendly and enthusiastic staff, delicious and varied breakfast. They have many economical and convenient tour activities , location very good in Tam coc , I want recommend it
