Such a beautiful hotel with all of the embroidery details. Breakfast was also fantastic. One of our favourite places to stay in Vietnam. Not the most soundproof rooms, so dog barking was noticeable through the night.

Very pretty hotel with hand embroidered details throughout. The beds are large and the rooms spacious. The pool area is also very nice. The hotel is in east walking distance of lots of nice restaurants and cafes in Tam Coc but is also in a secluded street so is quiet.

Relaxed environment, large comfortable rooms Good.bed and pillows. Discrete air conditioning. Super staff, excellent breakfast, nice pool and the bikes were ideal for exploring the tam coc area and surroundings. We even went as far as the ancient capital. Would recommend Magaly for cocktails and Brick for egg coffee. Limited comfortable seating on the lobby Complicated per item pricing for laundry. Cornflakes are not the best cereal

The hotel was so nice. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. All the staff were friendly! We enjoyed swimming in the pool. It was so close to the Tam Coc River and there's so many restaurants and bars nearby!

Staff was very kind and eager to help with everything. The room was big and decorated with a lot of attention to detail. I did not get to try the pool because of rain but it looked very nice as well. Price on the higher end

The hotel is down a little (well lit) street so close to restaurants but so lovely and quiet. The views from floors 5 and 6 were wonderful! There is also a beautiful sewing shop which I'd really recommend buying from. The English of some staff was better than others. Couldn't fault how wonderfully helpful the staff were though

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was beautifully furnished, very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Perfect location off the main street of Tam Coc. Loved the free bike hire. Highly recommend!! Nothing, it was all fantastic!

The location is quite central, breakfast is good, nice swimming pool and free bikes. In the first room they gave me, there was a poorly fixed leakage at the bathroom (picture attached). After complaining, they switched my room with another one in which other guests were supposed to stay (I’m sorry for whoever got the bad room). Also had a very bad experience with the van booked to Hanoi. The price was so cheap compared to others, I asked the lady at the desk because I was willing to pay more for a good service, but she reassured me. Well the van was full of little cockroaches, one walked in my back, another found in my luggage. Very disgusting. Not necessarily the hotel’s fault but I believe they should suggest good service to the guests as it is not a cheap hotel.
