We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We came as a group of 17 and were all extremely pleased with the rooms, location and care from the staff. From the minute we arrived, we were greeted so warmly! The hotel itself is so beautiful, only a 10 minute walk into the old town and a minute walk to the river for a more peaceful walk into town. The pool was a great way to cool down and relax and we enjoyed the buffet each morning for breakfast, with many options, they even were knowledgeable in gluten free for my son and provided him with some bread on request. The staff went out of their way to make a suprise engagement even more special, helping to organise beautiful flowers and a cake at such short notice (4 hours). They're all wonderful and we will definitely be back!!! Thank you to Bella and the team for taking such great care of us! Everything was great

Hotel was in a great location! Was walking distance to the old town but far enough away to have some quiet! Rooms were very spacious and modern and our room had a massive bathtub which was amazing! Reception staff were very friendly and helped us organize lots of things! Pool area was really nice but a little small, we weren’t able to use it and the chairs filled up pretty quickly. Breakfast area had lots of vegetarian options but limited for vegans.

We had a wonderful stay at Cozy a Boutique. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The location was excellent. While not directly in the center of town, everything was easily walkable, and the complimentary bikes made getting around even easier. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and somehow they seemed to remember our names throughout our stay, which made the experience feel very personal. They were especially sweet and attentive to our children. Breakfast was one of the highlights. There was a great variety of options each morning, and everything was fresh and delicious. The pool area was fantastic and provided the perfect escape during the hottest parts of the day. And don’t leave without trying their coconut coffee. It was absolutely delicious! For families with young children, this hotel is especially accommodating. The bikes have child seats available, and the staff went above and beyond to make our kids feel welcome. I highly recommend Cozy An Boutique to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again. N/a

All in all a wonderful hotel specifically because of the extremely helpful staff wonderful location and amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable, we truly appreciated it. As they say, location, location, location, however the amenities of the hotel are excellent also. The location is a leisurely walk on the riverbanks towards Central historical district within 15 minutes. It also is almost directly across from Hoi A memories show. Many restaurants on the riverbank just across from the hotel.

The breakfast was great -- So many options and eggs cooked fresh to order. The staff is super friendly, accommodating and quick to repsond. The rooms are super comfy and full of light. We used the gym - even so it was tiny and the pool was fantastic!! Highly recommend this hotel.

Room is sooo cute. Better in real life even than in the booking pics. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was good variety and plentiful with nice space to eat in. Pool area very nice and clean. Wish I could stay longer! Also good location-quick walk to many places

The hotel has a cozy design, staff is super friendly, breakfast is high quality, rooms are extremely clean, bathrooms are very spacious and 100% comfortable. Location is at the river side with many shops and eating options around, and it is just 3-4 minutes Grab ride to the old town centre. The restaurant and pool area was always very windy, perhaps they can keep some windows and doors closed to improve the situation.

Staff were super friendly and willing to help with any needs. Our room was very clean and comfortable. A beautiful view of colorful buildings and the river. Aircon was icy cold even though our big slider faced south. Nice hot water with good pressure. Good linen and towels. Breakfast was always good. Good coffee! The pool was amazing. The water temperature is kept cool enough to be refreshing on a hot day. The free bikes for use ran smoothly. Ancient town, roughly a half mile down an easily biked or walked road. Gorgeous farmed rice paddies only about 1 mile in the other direction. So gorgeous for a sunrise, bike ride. Several restaurants, bars and small marts in the immediate vicinity. “Than Gia” across the road had consistently good food and great staff. All good.

First of all, they have free airport transfers from Da Nang to their hotel. The location of the hotel was walking distance to the markets and good restaurants around the area. The buffet breakfast had a lot of choices. Every staff was very accommodating. I used the Spa and had massages for 3 straight nights because the therapist was very good. The room and bathroom was spacious. I had room service for 2 nights just to relax in the room becuse it was too hot to got out, I cannot think of anything.

Very cozy and we love that the Hôtel location was so close to an old town of Hoi An. Room decor was very nice (we love our balcony and the bathroom so much) if you’re looking for the place to stay and having a little but sanctuary from the busy tourist crowd, this is the place for you! None
