Breakfast was a treat every morning with a generous, varied spread with something for every taste and appetite. The staff were an absolute highlight. Warm, friendly, and genuinely engaged, they went out of their way to share local tips. Recommending things to do around Hoi An and pointing us toward the best spots for Vietnamese food based on our preferences. The bathroom doesn't have a bidet. The open shower design means water tends to splash onto the floor, which can get slippery. Neither was a dealbreaker by any means, but worth being mindful of.

The staff are particularly friendly and helpful, they took very good care of us and our requests and organized our activities and pick up from Airport, dinner reservations etc. We were a group of 8 and needed some help which the staff extended gladly.

It’s centrally located The hotel is dated and the layout of the room is not ideal. The shower does not have a door or curtain and water got splashed all over after showering. It’s very annoying as we need to clean up after ourselves. Breakfast also is not that good. Lots of variety but quality is not that good.

Well located by the river and leading straight into old town. Staff all friendly and helpful. All did a good job. Restaurant good with lovely setting by the riverside. Bell boy particularly helpful, friendly and welcoming, very 'on the ball' Spa prices too high, no relationship to local prices, more in line with European prices

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The room was really nice, and the breakfast was the best I had in all the hotels I stayed at in Vietnam — and I stayed in some very nice ones. But what truly stood out was the kindness of the staff. I already miss Le from the breakfast team, who greeted us every morning with a smile, remembered what we liked, and made us feel completely at home. On our last night, we even received some lovely gifts from the hotel — such a thoughtful touch

Beautiful and peaceful layout. Very nice location - walk 10-15 minutes along the river to Hoi An Memories show or to the entry to the Ancient Town area. Breakfast is quite good, and the in-resort "ArtSpace Cafe" is highly recommended. Many other restaurants within a few blocks. CONS: A bit more expensive than it should be IMO. Rooms are not well soundproofed, and connecting a laptop to the TV was impossible due to the malfunctioning ChromeCast and TV app that disables the HDMI input option

I had booked a premier suite, and was at first given a 3rd floor walk-up. When I expressed dismay, it was immediately changed to the ground floor, and was a larger suite. The two restaurants, one western, one Asian, had great food, and being on the river was just so soothing. Nice boardwalk, good boat and people watching. Location not central, but not out of the way either. Easy to get everywhere, while still having an oasis of calm. Staff is fantastic!

The property is in a great location and is quite charming. Service was good The property needs an upgrade/ refresh as the rooms are outdated. Service was good but not great. Buffet was okay but staff was stretched thin and harried.

The location ,swimming pool , rooms Concierge staff were constantly trying to sell packages, always checking what we were planning and offering packages... got annoying to even tell them what we were upto...last day they got me to cancel my grab and offered a friends taxi for a higher fare...when I didnt agree the taxi guy took me back.. also breakfast options didn't change even after 4 days...same everyday...got boring.. the pillows weere too soft. There was no options available... a property of this calibre charging such rates shud have more options..overall an average stay....will reconsider anantara next time..
