Great people Nice pool The noise from the pool

We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily recommend this place. The bed was genuinely big and super comfortable, so we slept really well. The pool was great too, clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. Any questions or requests we had were handled quickly and really well. Breakfast was good, the whole place felt cozy, and we loved all the greenery around the hotel. The location was convenient as well. Overall, the value for money was excellent. We got even more than we expected. A lovely place to stay in Hoi An, especially for a couple.

Amazing staff, that's the first thing you note about this place, the staff. They are all very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are all really clean, large and comfortable. Excellent location, especially to come back midday and get out of the heat before going back out later. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was fine.

Little gem, a colonial villa, frozen in time

We were on the top floor and there is no lift.

Location was not too far from old village shopping area. There were even alleys to get to the river faster! After a hot day touring, the gorgeous pool was so welcoming and was not cold at all! We had a lovely family suite that worked for our family of 4. Was glad to be on the first floor to avoid lugging suitcases up stairs. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet! Lots of fruits and options, sample of Vietnamese foods as well as eggs made to order. We did not hear noise from our room, and it was located near reception. I loved the bonsai plants’ statues and personality! Nothing really. Wish we had stayed longer, but, we were done with the village after walking the town 3 times in 1 night stay!

Exceptional in every respect. An oasis!. Great location. Beautifully appointed rooms. Swimming pool. Bikes to use for free. Fabulous breakfast. Favorite place we stayed at in Vietnam. Better than a 4 star hotel for a fraction of what you would expect to pay. Room on 3rd floor. No elevator. Bikes are old and not in the best condition.. Minor inconveniences.

This is a charming small hotel with very nice pool and excellent breakfast. We appreciated that staff provided an early breakfast for us as we had a 7:00 AM departure. Bikes were always available. Location is good; lots of shops, restaurants and other points of interest nearby. About 10 minute walk to the historic center area of Hoi An. Room #205 (Superior King Room) is at the very front of the building, facing a construction site and a busy street. It was noisy and lacked privacy. The small balcony was not inviting as a result. This was dissapointing as we had booked this hotel because it had a balcony, among other reasons. The room itself had a few faults: No shade over bulb hanging from ceiling when you walked in; a wall by the bed that was all scuffed up and in disrepair. The hotel was unable to accommodate our request for another room. Also, note that there are no elevators. We had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs (no assistance offered by the staff).

Family room was very spacious. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was a added bonus, had something for everyone Nothing. We happened to be guests during destruction of a neighboring property. The jackhammer started at 7:30 a ?

The hotel was nice and the location was convenient to the 'old town'. The staff were very friendly especially the young lady at reception. The room was a big size, we requested an additional bed for a our child which was unnecessary. We had booked a superior king which had an enormous bed (two double beds together). Our room was at the back of the hotel which sheltered us from the noise from the road and construction across the street. The pool had a sectioned off shallow end which is great for kids. On request towels for around the pool were provided by the staff. Breakfast was eggs and banana pancakes on request as well as a buffet of fruit, cake, salad, rashers and bread. There were no fly covers at the breakfast buffet or candles to deter flies. It is important to know that if you book taxis through the hotel, room service (beverages, laundry etc) this will need to be paid in cash at check-out, they will not accept card for these services.

Great location very close by the old town, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, big bathroom as well. The stag is very lovely, the place is quiet and the pool is also clean. Nothing!

Quiet in spite of being close to the active part of the city. Staff very helpful. Bikes free to use. Close to old town and restaurants and rver. Nothing - it was great.

Great hotel near the edge of the old town. Run by a family, with very friendly and helpful staff, keen to give recommendations on restaurants, ATMs and shops. It had a lovely breakfast with eggs, fresh fruit, pastries etc. The pool was really relaxing and used several times a day by our family. We got several things made by the adjoining tailor next door. 1 million dong each for good linen shorts and short sleeved shirts, and my wife got 2 dresses made for 500,000 each with material she had brought with her. They did a good job and were easy to deal with. We had the family room which was good and spacious for our family of 4 - could have accommodated a bigger family with three king size beds. No complaints.
