The AC was not that strong but we just changed sleeping positions towards the AC and things worked out.

The rooms are not well insolated (you can hear sounds from the corridor and other rooms), the finishion in bathroom seems to be quickly done.

The staffs were extremely accomodating and nice! We really enjoyed our stay and would definetly return. It was centralized to the shops.

The beds were hard (but these seems to be the case in a lot of the hotel we stayed at in Vietnam, so it can be a preference thing)

Sweet and clean and helpful stuff Shower one of the best I had in all Vietnam :) The room had a wall next to the window, half it’s highest. But probably other rooms don’t have this problem.

Super clean, luxurious feeling facilities, daily housekeeping, extremely strong AC in rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff-- all made for a perfect stay at Vaia esp in the very hot summer. all my needs were met in my stay-- no issues at all. the breakfast was also really filling and yummy. discount prices for memories show arranged thru hotel. all great-- thank you to vaia!

We had an amazing stay here. The staff were impeccable offering us many tips around the area, along with being such lovely people always wanting to improve your stay. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel super clean. Our favourite hotel in Vietnam. 10/10 highly recommend for a stay in a great city.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The pool was gorgeous and always clean – perfect for relaxing. The entire place was spotless and very well maintained. What really made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was kind and helpful, but Phuong truly stood out. She was incredibly sweet and took care of everything we needed with a big smile. Thanks to her, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. A great place to stay – we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Amazing Hotel with Outstanding Service Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The pool is stunning – clean, refreshing, and a perfect spot to unwind. The entire property is spotless, with clear attention to detail in every corner. But the highlight of our experience was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and we especially want to thank Phuong. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel truly at home. We’re so grateful for the experience and would happily return!

Lovely hosts, with the free bicycles it’s easy to get around and the little pool Is a gem.

Staff were amazing always going the extra mile to help us have the best time in Hoi An. The hotel is very clean and comfortable the pool is excellent and the breakfast is one of the best I've had in my travels.

The hotel was amazing! It is newly renovated so everything is new, really clean and nice! The staff was amazing and so helpful, they helped us with everything, recommended amazing food, things to do and were so friendly! Phuong is so sweet and wonderful, would trust her with anything ! She gave us a free room upgrade to a better room which was so well appreciated, the room was really comfortable and big! As long as she’s there, this place will be a good choice for anyone. Our bedroom was cleaned every day and they also replenished toiletries, towels and water everyday! Breakfast was also always so good and was included in our price, that was really nice! The pool is also a big plus and was really well kept. We would definitely stay here again, we had such a good experience!

The staff, everyone, from the receptionists to the security, was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was clean and nice, and spacious enough. The rooms have a desk where one can work at one's laptop. The wifi worked well. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The breakfast was fine. The location is convenient, just a 5 minutes walk to the old town. The clothes hangers are positioned in a way that makes it difficult to use them. Hoi An has two main attractions: the old town and the beach. The hotel is well-located if you want to visit the old town; if your main aim is going to the beach, you should choose another location.
