Great location! Loved the soft music playing that set a peaceful tone upon arrival. My room had ants in it and it wasn’t very clean under the sink.

The staff are super nice and very helpful. The AC in my room wasn’t working properly and it was really warm that I had to request to transfer to a different room.

The staff were simply outstanding including the front desk personnel. They also make the morning drinks for breakfast in a spirit of teamwork. The prearranged airport transfer was done but driver was abit sketch. The staff has addressed the issue.

The front desk agent blamed me for their motorbike's busted phone holder breaking my phone. Headbanger room, slanted ceiling, nearly knocked myself out a few times, but developed a thicker skull thanks to them. Also had to crawl out the window/door to use the balcony.

Location was perfect! Just walked to the center of the old town and the Hoi An Memories Land. Very comfy beds, good shower pressure, strong wifi, friendly staff. Mosquitos getting in the room. Coreless toilet paper is one-ply and disintegrates on your hands - should be at least 2 ply with better quality. Breakfast with eggs, sausage and (half a) bacon could be improved. Pancakes were great though!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Soleil Hoi An. The location in the Old Town was great and we were a short walk away from the night market but it was still a nice quiet street. Linh was so helpful with booking tours for us during out stay. The room was spacious and comfortable and there were good breakfast options.

The hotel’s location is right in the old town making it easy for us to navigate around. The very clean rooms and bathroom are a plus. The staff is so warm and accommodating especially Ling. Nothing…. Maybe an additional pillow would be more comfortable.

Hotel was decorated very nicely and was clean. The receptionist lady was very helpful and nice! We settled in our room right away. Breakfast was the best among all the places where we stayed in Vietnam. We would’ve liked to stay there longer. We definitely will return to this hotel on our next trip in Hoi An! None

The elevator was very nice with the luggage, seems kind of rare in Hoi An. Staff were amazing and helped we with issues related to my mobility even twice arranging an inform foot massage. Breakfast was fantastic as was the location I can't real think of anything except for some construction noice which should be complete by now. so not really an issue moving forward.

Our son had to go into hospital whilst staying in Hoi An. We needed a pillow for him to rest on when he came out of hospital, for cars and on planes. I asked the hotel how much to buy a bed pillow. They gave us one for free. This was a lovely gesture after what had been 3 stressful days
