Very close to downtown and everything is near by. The Stuff were very kindly.

It is a quaint boutique hotel that feels welcoming. Slightly away from the Old Town being by the riverside made up it all up. Room was comfortable, staff were all polite and service was good. None

nice/cosy hotel at a good location. The bar at the top roof was randomly open and therefor not operation to it's potential.

Lovely big room with a great view. Breakfast had great selections and also complimentary bike option (although we didnt use). Slightly out of the hussle and bustle but a nice walk into town.

What a wonderful stay at the Hotel Estate in Vietnam. The hotel was quaint, exceptionally clean, and the staff was beyond friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist with anything needed. The location was perfect, peaceful enough to escape the noise of the city, yet only about 7 to 10 minutes from the main shopping and sightseeing areas. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The special greeting with a cool towel, refreshing drink, and dessert truly made the experience memorable. They had me from that very moment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and convenience all in one place. There was nothing that disliked about the facility

Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a gorgeous river view. A charming blend of vintage character and modern comfort that felt warm. Our personal favourite was the rotary dial telephone sitting on the bedside table. An absolute delight. The bathroom was generous in size, complete with a tub, a shower and a bidet. We spent time every evening before bed on the balcony just to soak up the view and vibe. Breakfast was wonderful, and we made a ritual of having it outside every single morning to enjoy the sun and the river views with our coffee. The setting is just too good to eat indoors. The spread itself was varied and satisfying. The staff are just wonderful. They were so warm, so genuinely friendly, and went so far beyond what we expected. At breakfast, they took the time to come over, greet us, and have a proper chat. They also handed us discount coupons for various partner shops around town, which was a lovely and practical bonus we didn't see coming. On our last day, we had an early flight to catch. The team had a beautifully packed breakfast box ready for us so we wouldn't miss our morning meal. The hotel driver who took us to the airport was exceptionally kind and courteous, with a comfortable car that made the early morning departure less painful. We left genuinely sad to go, and have already started talking about when we can come back. Highest possible recommendation! Nothing!

The location was nice, the room was mostly quiet and the pool was lovely. Many selections at breakfast. The room was comfortable but the decor was a bit of a hodgepodge of different tiles and surfaces. Very small ants on many surfaces in the room.

Little Riverside Hoi An felt less like a hotel and more like being hosted by close friends or family. Even before arrival, Queenie, Amber, and May were incredibly accommodating with my special requests. Once there, the hospitality only leveled up. Jenny (GM), Aimee (Front Desk), and James (a great porter and photographer!) made us feel genuinely cared for rather than just guests. The attention to detail was stunning, even down to how our laundry was meticulously hanged and folded. Breakfast was a superb balance of Western and Vietnamese flavors; even when we overslept, the staff were gracious and never rushed us. Thank you for making our milestone so memorable.

We had the wonderful opportunity to stay in this tranquil little piece of heaven for 2 nights. The staff are the nicest you will encounter on the planet. Rooms are spotless. Beds are new with soft toppers. Amazing. Just amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to express our sincere thanks. The service was truly exceptional and very personal. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Aimee at the reception - she remembered all our family members’ names, which made the experience feel even more personal. We genuinely felt that our satisfaction was important to her. She assisted us with everything we needed and more, from booking tickets and arranging scooter rentals to giving great advice on local trips. She truly went above and beyond. We would also like to thank the General Manager, who made a point of walking around the breakfast area every morning, speaking with guests, listening to feedback, and offering help whenever needed - a truly personal and thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is in a great location, close to the Old Town, overlooking the river, and just a 5-minute walk from the market. The rooftop pool offers a stunning panoramic view of the river, especially at sunset. The restaurant and bar prices (food, coffee, and alcohol) are very reasonable, and the happy hour is a nice bonus. The hotel is of high standard, with beautiful and clean rooms. Points for improvement: better air conditioning in the main lobby area and in the spa. Other than that, everything was perfect for us. Highly recommended.
