Location. When asking for 2 room keys, only one seemed to work at a time. Had to keep going to reception to get the non functioning key re-programmed.

A lovely well kept resort 2 nice pools breakfast was great. 50000VND you can get electric shuttle into Hoian. They have a free shuttle 9am and 3pm Nothing

It is convinient distance to see the Hoi An Memories Show. Swimming pools right in the middle of Garden. It is super nice and relaxing. I love afternoon tea area. Higly recommend for Family with kids! I could not enjoy the activities in the other side of the resort because the final day show was on the Feb 9. If there are no shows then no more interesting activites. They are off for Lunar New Year. However, you can book Grab to go to Cau Temple, Hoi An Ancient Old Town. Night Life until 2-3AM with Life Music.

Breakfast was good. Location wasn’t the best. It’s a long walk to the town. The pool was out of service unfortunately.

Location on an island in the middle of the river is superb. Wonderful amenities, quiet comfort. Large rooms with verandah/balcony facing the river. Infinity pool is superb and away from the bustle of the crowded front part of the property. If more of the staff spoke English, it would have felt more comfortable

Beautiful very high standard rooms , good breakfast. The pools are excellent. A bit far from the down town, only 2 free shuttles to the “city” one way. Anyway , it’s a walking distance of 15 minutes :-)
