The staff was incredible. Super useful in booking activities, breakfast was amazing and everything with a smile. Location is just a few minutes away from old town so you sleep quietly. Thanks again! ?? Nothing bad to say.

The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, offering a relaxing stay. The hotel’s common areas are also well-maintained and inviting, creating a great overall atmosphere. What truly stands out is the exceptional staff, everyone is friendly, professional, and attentive. A special mention goes to Su, the person we interacted the most and was especially helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to others.

Quiet but convenient location. Out of the noisy bustle but a nice 10 minute walk away from everything. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who accommodated our requests and provided good information. The pool was the cleanest I’ve ever seen! Breakfast was delicious. Nothing not to like.

The room was very nice and clean. The beds were also very comfortable and we slept very well on our 2 nights there. The staff was very helpful. I wasn't able to get her name but the woman who was at the front desk for most of our stay was very accommodating and assisted us with all our needs. We arrived around 11pm and were very hungry and couldn't find any restaurants or stores close by that were open. Perhaps the staff could provide a light snack for guests arriving late, even if there's a charge, we would have been more than happy to pay.

Great location just minutes from the bridge to old town. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. You can rent a bike from the hotel which is the best way to get around the city. Was a great deal.

Quite and close to the center

Great location, in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel was very beautiful, had its own swimming pool! Nice rooms and staff were very helpful :)

It was near the old town but because you’re not in the center of the town it’s relaxing because it’s quiet. For us we felt like we’re home. Everyone was helpful and accomodating.

They helped us to book a trip , and kept our bags until we came back from our trip. I recommend it.

Friendly staff and great location

They even offered room on the ground floor without extra fee. the studio with balcony that I booked is located on 4 floor and we're with 2 luggage it was challenging for us to carry on higher floor. We left the hotel early as our flight is at 10am and even offered and packed bread and butter for us to carry at the airport. Their breakfast was very delicious and filling. Nothing.

Sue handled everything for us, from booking our private car to buying cake and flowers for our Mom. Concierge that feels family. Room was also comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was memorable. Quite dated, but the homey feel will make you forget about that. Bed needs more comfort.
