During our stay, we had access to complimentary bicycles, which was a great bonus. The room was very spacious and spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pool was clean and well maint We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An. We would gladly come back again in the future

Breakfast was good - better than more expensive place in Da Nang as it catered to westerners. Rooms were spacious and clean. Daily room cleaning. Lovely quiet location, not too far from old town. Pool was tepid warm water - not cool. Had to pay in cash on departure - eftpos not working (for months according to others). Gardens looked a little run down, but not a problem. TV had lines across screen, but we weren't in the room enough to worry.

The owner and staff are very helpful and welcoming, The hotel is clean, we had 2 very nice connected rooms in the first floor

Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay, arranging things for us and advice on which beaches were best. I wasn’t prepared for having to pay cash when checking out, and was told when checking out that their machine was “broken”…..If I had of known I would have had cash on hand, communication would have been good. As it turns out, I was taken on a scooter ride to various ATM’s to get the cash. Which I wasn’t happy about as the ATM’s had a limit of 3,000,000 Vietnamese Dong and my bill was close to 8,000,000. Combine that with the bank limit on Daily Cash withdrawals left me scrambling with virtually no cash for the rest of the day.

Beautifull garden - pool area with a lot of flowers. Really spatious room and bathroom. We stayed in the villa part and enjoyed a terrace, facing the swimming pool and the beautiful garden, which was nice. The staff was very attentive - they made their best to accomodate us and our friends close to each other, arranged a lantern boat ride for us and advised us on the best things to do in the atea. The breakfast offered is simple, but tasty. We also used their loundry service - fast, efficiant and reasonably priced. All in all, a very good experience. Our friends stayed in a connected room and complained that they hear their neibours snorring at night and see the light from the other room (as there was a glass between the two connected rooms).

It was cheap. The bathroom smelled like damp cloth due to poor ventilation. There were mold all over the place.

We stayed in Hoi An for two days and the stay here was fantastic. We were tired from traveling and this room was huge and comfortable. Everyone if the homestay was also great and happy to assist us with any questions. The location is about 10-15 minute walking distance away from the Historic Area. We had a great time here and would come back again if I ever find myself in Hoi An.

Great value for money with good facilities and nice breakfast. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. Only about a 10 minute walk into old town

The home stay exceeded our expectations! We booked it at the last moment and it was amazing! The owners welcomed us warmly and helped with all necessary information. The room is very spacious and clean! The swimming pool was very nice and clean, and there’re lots of sunbeds. Really beautiful yard with tables, swings and beautiful plants. The homestay is located around 10 minutes walk from major attractions but the area is safe and quiet. One of the best stays in Vietnam! The sockets in the room were a bit loose.

The staff are very kind and understanding!

The breakfast staff was flexible so you could order your preference of food from a menu. The fresh fruit and fruit juices were amazing. The beds were comfortable. The Muse House assisted, and were flexible, in all aspects of our trip, from airport pick up and planning and booking excursions (such as a cooking class). The Muse House is only a 15 minute walk to the old town and is in a convenient location. The shower was a bit difficult to control the temperature.

Nice pool, clean room and very friendly and caring hosts.

Easy walking distance to Hoi An’s old town and located in a quiet area. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The property itself has nice gardens and the pool was a welcome relief to cool down after exploring the area. The staff were exceptional; couldn’t do enough for us and just so friendly and helpful. Cannot wait to come back and stay again one day!! Nothing

Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and fresh rooms. The pool is refreshing.

Our room was nicely appointed and right next to the pool. The Muse House is only a short walk away from the main Old Town bridge, so very handy to all of the markets, restaurants and bars. The staff were very helpful, and there are bicycles which can be borrowed so you can go for a longer explore. The pool is great - lovely to cool off after a day's cycling or walking around the markets. A very good place to base yourself while exploring Hoi An. We received a very enthusiastic pitch for all the local attractions when we checked in, and although I'm sure that was well-intentioned (and was actually very useful too), we were tired and just wanted to get to our rooms. We would have preferred to get the tourism briefing once we'd relaxed a bit :) Not a big deal though, and the hotel is a great place to stay.

The staff is very friendly, willing to help, they organize all sorts of day trips, transfers scooter rental, laumdry etc - anything you need they can help with. 15 min walk to Hoi An center so tucked away in a quiet location, excellent for a good night sleep. The hotel and garden are well maintained. Good breakfast. Great value for money. Definitely recommend :) A couple of small nice to haves though: - swimming pool is not filtered so the water is not as clean and clear as you would expect or see in the pics - beds and pillows are a bit hard but no biggie though. - if you return at the hotel after 10pm or so use the ring bell next to the main entrance as the gate is closed and there is no contact phone available displayed.

Miss Phuong at the reception, was adorable! The room was spacious and clean with a Nice view on the swimming pool. The breakfast was amazing, cooked at demand and very tasty (trust my vietnamese experience) The location was perfect to the Memories spectacle, and you can take a bike to visit the old town.
