Unfortunately, I was given a room on the second floor. I asked if it was possible to move to a higher floor because I’m a light sleeper and prefer not to have guests staying directly above me, but the hotel was fully booked, so it wasn’t possible. Sadly, the hotel was quite busy during my stay. I came from Da Nang specifically to relax, but late at night, around midnight, the guests in the room above were moving chairs and making a lot of noise. Even with earplugs, it was difficult to sleep, so I didn’t get the rest I was hoping for. On the positive side, the room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. The view from the window was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again because I’m looking for a place with maximum peace and quiet.

You need the key card in for the room to have electricity, so when you leave the room the fridge turns off. The room could be cleaned better.

super adorable property. the pool and outside area were very cute and the room and balcony was great The location was great. you had to walk over two bridges to get to old town which was only about 15 minutes so not bad at all just a small walk

Fantastic location! Away from the crowds in old town but just a quick walk away. Good restaurants right on the block if you don't want to go into Old Town. The staff are amazing. Family run hotel, the girls are super friendly!!! The dogs are so cute and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, great nights sleep. Breakfast is good, order off the menu. They have western style or local choices. Every meal came with some fruit and the delicious coconut crackers!!! Laundry service was great! 35,000/kilo, done and ready next am. Great for slow travelers like us! We were taking a sleeper bus the night we checked out. They held our bags for us, let us work in the cafe area and were able to use the pool/bathroom if we wanted. We will 100% stay here again when in Hoi An. Would have loved bottomless coffee,lol!!! We are big coffee drinkers in the am but not a big deal. We went right across the street to the Cafein Cart and got more!

The hotel is only 10 minutes walk to the center. There is a swimming pool inside the hotel where customers can enjoy swimming,suntanning and relaxing. It offers simple breakfast but it’s yummy.
