Large room and bathroom with a balcony. Within walking distance or a few minutes Grab ride from Old Town. Everything handy, from ATM and bakeries to cafes, restaurants, a few bars, pharmacy and convinience stores. Staff members were great assisting with laundry and tickets for the Memories Show. Cleaning could be improved, bathroom showed some mold in between the tiles and released a bad smell a couple of days. We found the pool being smaller than how it shows on the pictures so didn't used it. If your room is facing the front, is a bit noisy at times.

This hotel was my favorite stay in Vietnam. It is a great boutique hotel on a quiet side street that I was very close to everything my family wanted to do in Hoi An - the markets, the beach, the rice paddies. I would definitely return. Their “private”beach, which was really a partnership with a small beach restaurant/club, was surprisingly nice. Their bikes were also a plus. We borrowed them and headed out on a self guided tour of the rice paddies, which was great. You need to catch a grab/car to get most places but that was super easy to do.

Clean and comfy place. Nice pool, you could actually swim in it :) good options for the breakfast buffet and a decent mini-gym. Location is within walking distance (or 40k by grab) from the night market which was also a plus. Lots of local food options around. We liked the staff too, very friendly and helpful, especially Lucy from the reception desk.

Excellent hotel in Hoi An .All the staff were very supportive. Both the days very tasty buffet breakfast. We enjoyed lot. Recommend for all visitors to Hoi An. Specially Ms Dinh and her friend were very very supportive. Thank to all staff. We will come back again. Nothing

Everything is good we stayed there for our honeymoon the girl ding gave us a free upgrade for our honeymoon and decorated the room for us very good experience we stayed for 7 nights

Fantastic beds & pillows, quiet peaceful accommodation, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, and a very relaxing pool area- highly recommended! A special shout out to Lucie, Phuong, and Dinh!!

Perfect location if you don’t like to be in the middle of the crazy areas but still have easy access to Ancient City (they have a free shuttle to take you there). The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all very kind and welcoming! They offer a lot of activities at the hotel which is also very nice. The gym wasn’t very functional with a lot of broken items :(

The hotel is really nice :-) very clean hotel rooms, comfy bed, sheets and pillow. I dont want to go out. I just want to stay inside the hotel :-) Nothing! I love everything :-)

I loved this beautiful hotel, especially the pool area and the entire staff. The front desk staff are so sweet, as are the food and beverage team and housekeeping did an excellent daily job. Thank you all so much for making my stay so beautiful. Just such a lovely experience in a cute quiet area. I also loved the bike availability, front lobby and rooftop view! Oh and one of the best hairdryers ever!! Just the incense, but that’s not a negativity note on a hotel striving to be clean & fresh! That’s just my allergens writing.

What we liked right from the start was the staff — especially the security guards and the men who gave us the bicycles. They were not trying to please us in a fake way; they were simply helping us sincerely and warmly. When we checked in, we were offered drinks, and we were also given a free room upgrade — many thanks for that! The staff were intrusive. When we were checking out, they were practically begging us to give them a 10, which makes me think that most of the other reviews here were written under pressure. The biggest downside was that we did not feel comfortable or cozy here. We did not feel like returning to this hotel. It is rather gloomy and does not have the Hoi An vibe, even though we have stayed in many cheaper places that were much better and made us want to come back.
