The staff were very helpful and friendly. They came to my rescue when I was out on the bicycle and got a flat tire due to a nail. The breakfast was good, simple with a modest amount of options. The wifi was good, A/C in the room worked well. The facilities are good, basic and provided a comfortable stay. The location is a bit far from active areas, but the bicycles were helpful. It was challenging to get hot water in the shower. Our balcony had absolutely no privacy, looking out and exposed to several homes, street traffic and other hotels.

This is my second visit to the hotel after a year, and I’m pleased to see many positive changes. What impressed me the most, however, was that Tina at the front desk still remembered my name and face so clearly after all this time. Her warm welcome truly made me feel at home. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay, and I look forward to returning in the near future

We stayed here for 3 nights and we never regret. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Location is good. Access to transpo was easy. The customer service is exceptional. We really felt the warm welcome. Staff are always helpful and smiling. Special thanks to Tam for always doing the extra mile in helping us and making our stay memorable. They even gave a free cake for my brother who is celebrating his birthday. We would book them again when we come back.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Helped us book overnight bus to Ninh Binh. breakfast was good. Easy to get a grab to old town and beach, some good authentic food in the area.

The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to look after us. They didn't have any bicycles with a child seat so they managed to source one and fit it for us so we could go out with our 4 year old. The room was massive and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast was very good with a nice selection of different options. The hotel is quite new so there were lots of things in the rooms that were well thought out and nicely presented. The location was perfect for us as equidistant between the old town and beaches so it was easy to get to most places we wanted on bike or Grab. Nothing.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. The showers were hot with great water pressure and the property was a good location. One of the mornings of our stay there was workers on jackhammer at 8am near lobby so awful noise to wake up to and got a headache while trying to have breakfast, this isn’t a daily thing just unfortunate for our stay and there was no warning from hotel. Breakfast was average, if you stay here better off going to local cafe for breakfast. Air conditioner in one of the rooms leaked badly and nothing was done to rectify in 3 days we were there. Push bikes in poor condition, lucky if you have one with half decent breaks. Also hotel was unable to arrange motorbike hire but there it a great hire place just a short walk away. Also the hotel laundry service shrunk all our clothes.

The property was in a decent location. Not too far of a bike ride from old town. It was infested with bed bugs. They were so obvious that they were crawling on top of the sheets in some of the rooms. The staff kept offering to change our room and each room had bed bugs in it so we asked for a refund and to leave.

The place was so cute, the pool, the bathtub, and our balcony were great. They have free bikes you can take every day and we rode them everywhere. It was a 15 minute ride to Old Town and 20 minutes to An Bang Beach on bikes. Old town is also walkable in 30 minutes. It was great to be away from the touristy and noisy area of Old Town. The staff were incredibly helpful and made great breakfast that was included. We rented a scooter through the hotel for the day, very affordable. We stayed for four nights and didn't want to leave. Nothing, we loved this place. If I have to list something, the bar across the street plays the same 90's club mix every night, including the song "Coco Jambo", but usually not too late.
