A small but well maintained oasis, set back from the road providing peace and quiet. The staff are attentive and caring. The loaner bikes are especially appreciated. This is my third stay at Fig Tree and I’ll definitely stay here again.

Felt very homely, the use of the bikes was a bonus and the breakfast was great! Hien Tran was a super host, she would help with anything and everything. Location is a little far from the old town but not marking it down as that can't be helped. Also the use of the bikes makes it manageable

A 30minute walk (10minute cycle - free bike rental) from the old town, this is a great little spot. Tucked away from the roads, it is peaceful and serene, rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, and a splendid little pool for an afternoon dip! Everyone working there is extremely lovely and helpful too, sorting transport and laundry etc. great spot!

This is my second stay at Fig Tree Boutique Villa. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is perfect for its access to the beach, old town, many restaurants and other services. The free bicycles added a new level of experience to my stay this year; one day I rode to the beach and another day I adventured south of town across the river. In addition, the pool area is a great place to spend time, even if you aren’t swimming. The rooms and building are all well maintained; it is obvious they take pride in their service. I didn’t take the breakfast this year, but remember that it was very good two years ago.

Enjoyed our stay at the Fig tree boutique. We stayed in connecting room which has plenty of space for family of 4. Beds were comfortable and room was spotless. Breakfast was lovely and served each morning with platter of fresh fruit. Staff were great, very friendly and were able to help with any questions. The hotel is in good location and down an alley way. We enjoyed coming back to hotel to cool down in the afternoons

I liked the location of the hotel and the fact you could bike it everwhere. The hosts made us feel very welcome and were really helpful in getting us cars, info about tours etc. They cooked us eggs every morning, overall a lovely boutique hotel to end our stay in Vietnam. Nothing

A great place to stay in Hoi An. Perfect spot between old town and the beach. A beautiful pool to swim in. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here.

Away from the hustle and bustle, but near enough, you can walk into the old town. Staff are extremely accommodating. It was a fabulous stay. Loved everything.

When I first arrived I really wasn’t sure, because I could hear music from a nearby location, however this was just an event and then silence and tranquility reigned. The room was huge and the bed even bigger. Great shower and bathroom with a good supply of toiletries. Very clean, could not fault it. Breakfast had a simple selection, but more than filling and adequate to start the day. Staff (Hien) were so helpful and accommodating, Hien really did make the experience extra special and her calm manner was so reassuring, especially for a solo traveler. The pool was lovely, especially to start or end your day. The free bikes are excellent for riding into town (about ten minutes). I really enjoyed my stay and have recommended it to friends. Thank you Hien. I think they just need to be mindful that towels don’t need to be changed everyday unless indicated, by leaving on the floor.

Very helpful staff. They got us a Dr appointment when we needed one and bought my husband a cake for his birthday. Great breakfast. Excellent location. Very large family room which was great for us plus 2 children. Good pool.
