I wish the pool would be accessible before 730

The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Once the chef found out that the 5 of us were vegan and 1 of us couldn't eat gluten, he made sure to prepare a special meal for us separately for breakfast. The rooms had this scent that lingered on throughout our stay.

Our room was clean and well maintained and had a great view of the rice fields. The hotel is close to just about every thing you would need but far enough away to be nice and quite. The pool had a great view of the rice fields and the sunset. There was good selection of food on offer at breakfast. It would be good to have a coffee machine or a free western style coffee service at breakfast as there was in the previous two hotels I stayed at before this. The fruit juice at breakfast would be nice if it was real fruit juice.

The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shops, even Old Town.

Location overlooks Rice Fields it is absolutely beautiful. The infinity pool surrounded with beautiful flowers and overlooking the Rice fields. The room is clean. The beds are very comfortable book a room with a Rice Field view. You won’t regret it. We did a lamp making class with Ann and enjoyed it very much. The only thing that I didn’t like about this place was you had to get into the tall tub to shower, it wasn’t a problem for us, but someone with limited physical ability might find it difficult. The breakfast was amazing the bar the restaurant was great. If I ever get back to Hoian I will definitely stay there again. Strange tub and shower set up

We loved the infinity pool. And the spa was also top notch! The property is a little ways out of Hoi A downtown, however the hotel offers a shuttle that can take you there and pick you up.

all of the above it would be lovely if the pool was worm this time of the year (February) the view to the rice filds is amazing

The infinity pool with the view of the rice field is really cool. There was enough selection in the breakfast for anyone. The guys at the reception were very helpful in finding me a transfer from Hoi An to Hué, even via Hai Van pass. Can only recommend this hotel. The hotel was perfectly fine, it's just that there's not really much to see in Hoi An. I mean the sea, the rice field, the night market, the Japanese bridge, etc. you've covered it in 1 day if you leave early, 2 if you start late. I stayed too long - not the hotel's fault in any way. One person said, it was too loud from the other guests. I cannot confirm this - i could sleep well. But the other person had to work in the hotel room - apparently some children played in the pool and made noise at 7AM. There's a sign by the pool "be quiet". Not really the hotel's fault if parents don't watch their children.

Great staff, great facility. I had no complaints at all…

Loved the service and location. Also cleanliness was a priority which was appreciated. Nothing

The hotel was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. They rent free bikes. The omelette guy at the breakfast bar was very unfriendly and looked mad. My husband and I both felt his bad vibes even though we went to him separately. The shuttle service was limited and was quite a walk to the city center.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and had all the needed amenities. The breakfast had plenty of choices. I highly recommend!

Very nice and relaxing facility ..

This was our second time staying at the hotel. We love its location-over looking the rice fields and a short bicycle into town.

At first glance, the hotel looks stunning especially in photos and from the outside. But once you’re inside, the experience shifts. The pool is way too hot to swim, and there’s something unsettling about how quickly the charm fades. Towels were badly stained, there was no soap at the kitchen sink, and the breakfast water was lukewarm. The comforter had stains marked, the floors were dirty, and the bedding felt cheap and lumpy. There was no trash can in the room, the phone barely worked, and the omelet chef was rude. Staff members would grab bags out of your hands without asking, leading to strange little tug-of-wars that felt intrusive rather than helpful. Security felt questionable when the front desk handed me an extra room key without any verification I was actually staying in the room. The room was sweltering at 34 degrees, and the warped floorboards made walking barefoot uncomfortable so you have to wear shoes indoors. Even the elevator had no air-conditioning. If something went wrong, you’d honestly worry about overheating before help arrived. Overall, it had a strange, almost eerie vibe like everything looked fine on the surface but just didn’t sit right. Wouldn’t return.
