Breakfast was OK

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hosts are incredible and so so so nice and helpful! Breakfast is delicious, and the room comfortable. The pool is nice for a moment to refresh. From the accommodation you can walk (20 min) bike (10 min) or take a grab (5 min) to the old city center. We would 100% book again and definitely recommend this accommodation!

Very friendly and lovely staff! Best breakfast we had so far & free bikes. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is great. Nothing.

Hanh and Nhung are wonderful hosts. The Villa is very comfortable, the sisters who run it are very welcoming and flexible and serve wonderful breakfasts for a very reasonable charge. The Villa is very clean and quiet & the little family dogs are charming. One night we came back with take away dinner and Nhung offered us use of bowls and cutlery which was above and beyond the expected service. We really Nhung's kindness and sincere interest in our well being.

The hosts of the hotel are absolutely wonderful people. We had free bicycle use during our stay and a delicious breakfast every morning, with plenty of options to choose from. We needed to go and collect something in town after checking out and were able to store our luggage at the hotel and even use the bicycles again, which was very generous of them. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was great for us, with plenty of cafes/restaurants in the area. The old town and the beach are both a cycle ride or taxi away. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone for their stay in Hoi An! Nothing, everything was perfect.

We loved everything! Such a cute little hidden gem. The pool area is lovely, the rooms are clean and bright, and the breakfast in the morning is steaming hot and made specifically for you. The lady running the property is just the absolute sweetest. My mom was sick one of the days we were here and she made her ginger tea and toast to try and help. Definitely recommend! The dogs that live here are too cute, we wanted to keep them. (All jokes aside - we loved everything!)

As far as travelling on a budget goes, this is as good as it gets. Room was clean and very bright, beds comfy? WiFi fast, free bicycles, big & delicious breakfast for $1 extra, the nicest lady as a host I’m a gym goer and there was a decent gym, Cong Manh Fitness, just a 5 minute cycle away for 50,000 / £1.57 a session The only thing I’ve knocked it down for was location because it isn’t fully central to Hoi An, BUT even then it’s not in a bad location by any means

Nhung and her family are absolutely lovely and attentive; best breakfast I had during my 6 weeks travelling in Asia; great location, quiet but close enough to old town; free bicycles. Bed was comfortable and shower good. There was some mould next to the bed and plaster coming off the wall.

Friends of mine had stayed here last winter and recommended it very highly. I wasn’t disappointed. Lovely sisters Hanh and Nhung run this charming seven room establishment themselves (with their mother helping out). From the moment I arrived I was made to feel at home as they always called me by my first name. My room was quite large, clean and comfortable with a king size bed that was firm the way I like it. I was on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was included with the room and I had a double room but was travelling alone so Nhung suggested I should have a bigger breakfast which I did. The omelette and baguette were wonderful as was the muesli, fruit and yoghurt that had a huge variety of exotic fruit. Breakfast also included a fruit plate and coffee or juice. I went out in the morning feeling very full. I’m an early riser so ate early but had I eaten a little later I probably could’ve skipped lunch. The neighborhood is fairly quiet but it’s easy walking distance to restaurants, the river, the old city and some rice fields. I recommend this place highly and I hope I’ll have the pleasure to stay here again. Everything was perfect. And I don’t say that often.

Amazing! Fantastic location, delicious breakfast and wonderful family.

Super nice place, I wish the room was a bit bigger, just to have a place to stay with my laptop but everything else was nice I made a mistake by choosing the room without breakfast, at least it should be very clear in the name of the reservation to make sure

Catered to our needs. Were polite and accommodating, especially when our plans changed at the last minute due to typhoon. Would definitely recommend the Villa, and the breakfasts are fantastic. Made us feel welcome right from the start. Loved it!

The breakfast was simply the best one we had in Vietnam. Everyone was very friendly and outgoing and made us feel very welcome. This was our best stay in Vietnam and I wouldn't hesitate to return. I think all the trips that are there in Hoi An are not worth it and are mainly there to get money from tourists. However, my friends were happy about the cooking class. Bana Hills was an absolute waste of time and money. On the other hand, the Taylor(y) that was recommended was pretty good and I was happy with the result and value for money. Btw, rather than going on trips around the town, just take bikes and ride around. It's a small town, so there is really no danger on the roads. Bikes are provided for free.
