The villa was amazing and the welcome we got from the staff there was amazing the gave us to do check in early without charge on it . And place was worth it without a doubt

The bedding was clean and comfortable There was never anyone at reception so impossible to request things the room was missing, I needed to pay for my stay and couldn’t find anyone. There was no drinking water in the rooms. The window locks were broken so the rooms were easily accessible from the outside, as they were on the ground floor we did not feel safe. The rooms were very damp and had a mildew like smell. In saying that the rooms themselves looked quite clean. It certainly did for one night but was relieved we didn’t book longer.

It was great value for money. The host was great and understanding of my needs... Even though I arrived later than I said. It's in a quiet alley, which means you can sleep well. Good AC, wifi, shower with soap and shampoo..... Great value

We stayed for a few nights. The host was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, but could be more varied. There was no drink or tea available. Quiet area, About 30 minutes on foot to the old town. Long time to prepare breakfast. Water should have been given at the beginning, but it wasn't always. Tea only on the last day.

Comfortable Bed and great facilities Provided Bikes and organised shuttle from the airport and to the next accommodation When we arrived late at night there wasn’t anyone to welcome us even though we informed the hotel. We had to look for a free room on our own because no one informed us which room is ours. She was very sorry about this but it wasn’t a great start for our stay. The breakfast wasn’t diverse (Egg with tomatoes, cucumbers and toast)

walking distance to good restaurants. The hosts are friendly & courteous couple. Narrow road leading to beautiful property. Accessible by motorbikes, bicycles & walking. The distance is not too far but it will be inconvenient if it rains & the road will be muddy

Quiet area, we stayed in a pool view room which was very relaxing with its courtyard and pool views! Close to restaurants Firefly, Little Flower, Turan all have great service and great meals! The family a young couple who made sure we were well looked after! The parents in law were also extremely attentive and helpful. We stayed a month with the family, allowing us to build a good report with each of the family! Before we left the beautiful mother in law made us a special meal of Chicken Rice wow what a treat we felt so honoured! I loved the bathroom as unlike many shower areas in Vietnam they don’t have shower screens. This bathroom did it was excellent! The pool was a reprieve from the constant intense heat while in Vietnam! The lovely housekeeper always made sure our room was attended to! We also had cloths and shoes made from a business they also own. The shoes were extremely well made! All in all we enjoyed our time with Green World Villa and the family who own it! The bedroom which has a wonderful outlook needed bedside tables by the bed and if possible some chairs to sit on! A long term stay we found these items were a must but didn’t have! However we should have asked!

Lovely family run hotel, made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived and through the whole stay. We initially booked to stay 2 nights, but extended our stay for another 2 nights. Always helpful with information on what to do with our stay in Hoi An. Would definitely stay here again. There are slight mould problems, but this is a problem everywhere in Hoi An due to the humidity.

What a great experience we've had here! Nini and her husband are really nice people and very friendly. It was Lunar New Year, so it was a bit difficult to find things, but they made it so easy for us. We even spent a night talking and learning about their culture. ?She’s also a tailor and makes very good suits, so if you are looking for a suit, you can have it made here ? The rooms are beautiful and the building is very modern. The breakfast is good! It's a quiet neighborhood, just a 10-minute bike ride from the Old Quarter. We think this is a great way to get to know the city better. Very pleasant stay ❤️
