Very friendly staff.

Perfekt location in Hoi An, quite and relaxed, still close enough to restaurants and the old city. Great river wiew from our room. Bicycles are resdily available.

Breakfast is the same every day. oberall it is good for its price. The major problem is there are too many tiny black ant everywhere. Can leave open food anywhere.

The staff were nice. The location was good. The view from the room was excellent. Would recommend for people traveling with budget.

The staff here were really great and super helpful in arranging transport to and from the Da Nang airport, to do the coconut boats, laundry etc. The room was really lovely-right on the river with a nice balcony and huge window. The bed was much more comfortable than most we encountered in Vietnam. The bathroom was huge and had plenty of storage space for 2 people's toiletries. The room was clean. We loved the pool. Good value. We loved the river view, but it was a little farther from the old town than we would have liked and it was too hot to walk there during the day. They had bikes available, but it was too hot to ride them either.

Great small hotel with fantastic views from riverfront rooms. nice pool to relax in till 9pm. located away from the middle of Hoi An nice and quiet. Free pushbike to use and ride around the area. The bathroom showers could be checked and fixed

The hotel staff are very friendly and they waited up for us as our flight came in late in the evening. The hotel is a little out of town (which means it is lovely and quiet) but close to some restaurants and cafes and you can use the bicycles for free to get to the old town which is a lovely bike ride along the river and not very far. The pool is great. We really enjoyed our tour that the hotel organised for us for the coconut boats with pick up and drop off. Overall we had a good time and really enjoyed Hoi An. The beds for us were very firm and although the hotel have used multiple matress toppers to help with this these were quite old and not the cleanest unfortunately. Our shower was not working fully as the water pressure was only good enough for the small shower head not the waterfall. The room we had was spacious and otherwise clean it just needs a little updating to help make the stay a bit more comfortable.

We loved the pool and the location is so pretty and so quiet but still so close to the fun stuff. The bikes were great. It's an easy bike ride to ancient town and restaurants etc. The pool view room is still able to overlook the river. The beds are hideously uncomfortable. The room cleanliness is definitely not up to western standards, residual mould and calcium staining. The breakfast was light and not a huge range of options. There was a resident rat in the pool and outdoor eating area which we even saw pop inside during breakfast. The rooms are definitely not as glossy as the photos. There seemed to be towel shortage whilst we stayed there. Overall we had a great time and the "glitches" described here were fine really and somewhat expected for travel in this part of the world It's all part of the fun, right?

It’s a nice hotel. Breakfast was a OK (choices were less than we had elsewhere), location is fine, bikes we were given were kind of flimsy - one had no breaks another one won’t lock. Nice quiet

Booked the Riverview rooms which were great. Rooms very clean and comfortable with a safe and cold fridge. Laundry service to the left as you walk out was good value at 40k. The first night my pillow was too high and hard and gave me the worst sleep of my trip and a headache. No extra pillows provided in the room, so had to wait until the morning to get another one. It was further out from the old town than I expected and tiring for our kids to walk in and out. It's an easy walk along the river though if you are up for it. I didn't use bikes to get into town as I didn't think the kids were up to navigating traffic.

The location was the highlight. It's a cute hotel set at a riverfront in a quiet street within walking distance to the city and the show Memories. Not applicable.

Room with a very good space. Good beds, everything was clean, good bath, everything was fine.Breakfast was nice and convenient.

I liked the staff, they were very helpful, from breakfast staff to reception, all of the persons working there were very ?? nice. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice including a very good egg station. A very nice hotel. The rooms very nicely decorated, with enough lights and a nice terrace. Cleanest bathroom of any hotel I have stayed in. Very good stay. Will stay again. The beds are unfortunately very hard and duvet not thick enough
