Roxana River Villa

The rooms , the pool , the view to the river No elevator, luck that we were 1st floor. Afternoon staff didn’t know English. The distance from old town (they could give you a bike)

The property is located in a very beautiful setting by the river, and I had a peaceful stay. The room was also really nice and very clean. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and informative. I would definitely go back to Roxana if I am in the area. Nothing in particular.

Great staff, super helpful, location was excellent outside the main tourist zone on the water but with access to bikes. The staff helped sort out rental bikes and activities. Will absolutely stay there again! The room was listed as sound proof- you could hear everyone in the hallway.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and truly made us feel at home. The amenities were very good and the rooms were spotless. It’s an easy 20‑minute walk to the Old Town, or you can use the hotel bikes for a quicker trip. The Memories Show is also just a short walk away. Breakfast had everything you’d expect from a continental selection, and there are several convenient restaurants close to the villas. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Roxana River Villa is a very nice hotel with an excellent staff! The rooms are super clean and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The location is so nice right in the river walk. We had a room with a view and it was lovely watching the boats go by especially at night. The pool is great because there is a part of it that is not directly in the sun in addition to a sunny part. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this hotel while in Hoi An! All was great! Nothing to dislike.

I really loved the staff’s service-minded attitude. They shared genuinely helpful travel tips—not just the basics—and were always friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Phuoc and the team for making my stay feel warm and welcoming, like home. My room and all facilities were great—comfortable, nice, and very clean. I stayed in a river-view room, which was a wonderful bonus for my self-care getaway. The location is lovely. The only small drawback is that the road in front of the hotel is quite narrow, so it may be easier for local drivers to navigate.

The staff were polite and helpful. The location is quiet at night. The room was described as having separate bedroom, which is not connected. Other hotel services like laundry, airport transportation are substantially more expensive.

I loved the staff, everyone was extremely polite and friendly. I felt at home right away. I got the suite and it was so nice, plenty of amenities. Breakfast was pretty good. Having the bikes available was great. I loved riding the bike to the beach and to the ancient town. Totally recommend it. Nothing

This hotel was a great location for our group stay, a 15 min walk into Old Town, or you can use one of the hotels' bikes. The rooms were clean and comfortable and serviced every day. The pool was refreshing after a long, hot day out exploring, and the daily breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend it.

A nice quiet area but not far from centre of Hoi An. Pool fantastic and the broken boards around the pool have been repaired

I liked everything: location, staff, cleaning standards, room and pool. I have been in Hoi An several times already and this is by far the best option. I will comeback here again next time
