Beautiful little Hotel. It was clean, aesthetically pleasing. It had a very friendly staff that helped us with event and excursion tickets as well as transportation. Very very reasonably priced. We loved everything

The staff was amazing. Jessie, Emily, Anh were polite and very helpful. The restaurant crew were also so nice and attentive with constant smiles. The food and coffee were also great. Loved the location because it was close to the action, about a 10 minute walk, but away from the noise.

The location is not ideal. It’s an easy 20 minute walk to the center, but the scenery is nothing special.

Calm, relaxing spot. It was close enough to walk to the fun, but not in the chaos and noise of the main tourist areas. We took a two week trip and this was one of the top two hotels. We loved the clean pool, the large room, the balcony, the comfortable bed, the strong AC, the friendly staff, and the peaceful nature. The AC blew directly in our faces in bed.

Property is a fairly long walk to old town and you have to cross a bridge with no sidewalk, basically just a curb. Road in front of the hotel is under construction and lots of dirt and dust, It appears they’re working on the drainage as this area had substantial flooding several months ago, including the hotel. The hotel really needs to be renovated, the rooms and furnishings have seen better days. The entire staff is fantastic and really do a great job, had the other areas not been neglected we could have dealt with the location and would have rated it higher. Hopefully a renovation is in the plans soon.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! I love the ability to borrow bikes to ride into town. The food is also really good. Everything was great. I don’t have anything I didn’t like.

It’s a cute boutique hotel. The hotel we intended to stay was full and we were lucky to find this one. The staff are so nice, respectful and sweet. We felt welcomed as soon as we get off the car. The breakfast was good and they accommodated your request. For instance I am very typical making fried eggs. I want my eggs fried both sides but still running on one side and a little done on the other side. To my surprise, they served me the exact what I asked for. It’s a small gesture like that made my stay completed. If I visit HoiAn again, I will definitely stay here again.

AAAA+ starting with the staff! Location was perfect: quiet and peaceful but only a 10 minute walk to the bustling old town center. Food, including breakfast was great. Pool perfect for cooling down at night. Everything was great

Absolutely everything is fantastic about this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They say that they want their hotel to be your home away from home, and they certainly mean it. We stayed for a week, and every day they chatted with us in the morning about our plans for the day, with genuine interest. The breakfast is excellent. My husband has celiac disease, and they went out of their way to be sure he had great gluten free options. They provide free bikes, and offer helpful advice about where to use them. Everything was sparkly clean, including the pool and our room. The location is fantastic because it is a short walk to the Old Town, but wonderfully quiet and safe to walk at night. Absolutely nothing.

The hotel, room, location and the staff were lovely!! A quieter location easily accessible to Hoi An old town it was a wonderful getaway. The Spa services were also really good and we did two massages each and my husband treated me to a facial on V day. From when we checked in Oanh (Jessie) and Anh were so very friendly, authentic and helpful. Overall a wonderful stay. N/A

The location was great . Away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. The room we were in was water damaged and a strong smell of mould. They tried to cover the smell with citronella oil, but it was bad especially it at night. It may not affect all rooms, we were in a family room with the loft. They knew there was a problem, and should not have tried to sell the room, instead they tried to cover up the smell.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They were incredibly responsive and communicative throughout every step of the way until we checked in including finding us transportation to and from Da Nang Airport. The rooms weren't particularly sound proof. We had some pretty loud neighbors (no fault of the hotel) that kept us from fully enjoying our experience.
