We appreciated how clean and comfortable the hotel was. The a/c was very cold and made for really comfortable rooms. The staff were kind and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. Phuong was very helpful and kind and checked in on us often to make sure our stay was going well. She gave us some good food recommendations that we asked for as well. Everything was really great. One suggestion would be to lower the temperature of the pool slightly. It’s so hot and the pool felt very hot as well.

Rooms were large, spacious and clean, the pool was clean and great for the kids, and location very close to hoi an ancient town. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Buffet breakfast had limited options, and not much variety of foods to choose from

-Happy the location was out of the main town, Hoi An is VERY busy with tourists so we were so grateful to be away from the crowds. It is possible to walk into town in the evenings which we did a couple of times when it wasn’t too hot. -Staff were really friendly 10/10. -Omelette station at breakfast and good selection of fruit. -No soundproofing at all, which meant we could even hear next door flicking the light switch. - Lots of doors banging at all hours. - If you’re a light sleeper I would skip this hotel, otherwise everything else is good.

Everything about the place was ideal. The room size, the bed, the amenities, the staff, and the food! Would definitely recommend this place. The place is a bit of a walk to the river and shops, but still very worth it.

Incredible service from the hotel's front desk manager (who speaks great English)! She went above and beyond to accommodate our every request. I've never received such good service before (and I've been to some fancy hotels). I truly appreciate it. The hotel itself is a great mid-range hotel, great value for money. Mattress was comfortable (not hard like a lot of places in Asia), the A/C worked well and the room was clean and well-designed. WiFi was okay, but for zoom calls I recommend using your phone hotspot. The breakfast is good and the pool is lovely. I definitely recommend it! The only downside is that some rooms don't have doors to the toilets (just curtains), which we found slightly embarrassing - but frankly we got used to it. Breakfast closes early (at 09:30). WiFi can be a bit unreliable

The a/c is a split unit type which directly blow on me/ bed. The pillow is not hotel quality.

Very beautiful place and great quiet location. Good sized pool, excellent breakfast buffet and very kind staff. My family enjoyed our stay at Rosemary:) Fitness center needs updating.

We loved our stay here. Our room was clean and spacious, bathroom had a walk-in shower plus huge tub. Breakfast buffet excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Its an easy walk into the ancient town. After checkout we were able to leave our bags with reception until our late afternoon pickup. We even returned for a refreshing swim, shower and lounge beside the pool before we had to leave. This is a gem of a hotel.

Beautiful hotel where we spent a couple of days. Amazing staff, always helpful, sharing with the best food options in Hoi An. The room was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Very good pool and surrounding area. A decent breakfast was included.

The Rosemary Boutique Hotel & Spa has been my favourite place to stay during my 2,5 months travels through South East Asia. Everyone was superfriendly and I got a free roomupgrade to a beautiful suite looking out over Hoi An. The breakfast is great and the swimming pool is a beautiful area that makes you think you’re somewhere in France. What made the stay extra special for me, is that everyone seemed to know which room I was staying in or knew my name. As a solo traveler, that made it feel very welcoming and warm… I even booked a few extra nights. Thanks so much for having me. I hope I come back some time!
