The room was dirty. It was impossible to plug anything into most of the outlets. The lamp next to the bed wasn't working. The drain in the shower was working poorly. The floor covering was in bad condition. The balcony door wouldn't close.

Location just outside the old town, about 15 minute walk if that. Lots of places to eat nearby. Also enjoyed the pool

Amazing hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. Ours had a refrigerator, AC and plenty of hot water for showers. The staff are very friendly and remembered my name. They were very helpful when booking activities. The hotel is very nice and located a couple mins walk from the Ancient city. There is a nice pool, but we didn't use it during our stay.

This hotel is amazing!! First of all, the stuff were amazing, always helping and smiling, everything i needed they helped me! The room is big, had everything in it, and the location is the best, close to the center. I really recommend, i was there 4 days and wish i could stay more!! Nothing. Amazing hotel amazing people

I liked the location because it was quiet. The pool was big and nice. The bed was hard and I could feel the springs.

Pool was great and location was great Beds were so hard! We ended up switching hotels for our last night to get a good sleep.

Water pressure is low and the water doesn’t go down in the drain quickly enough.

Within 10 or 15 minute walk from main attractions and ancient town. Bathtub instead of walkin shower. A bit dangerous for "HIGH CALORIE" westerners. (sad but true)

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we weren't sure if we'd be staying more than one night in Hoi An. Our plan was to visit the Cham Islands, but due to bad weather, we had to reconsider our plan every day. They upgraded us to a superior room for the first night and they didn't give us any trouble extending our stay from one day to the next, and we ended up staying for three nights. The hotel's location is very good; you can walk to the Old Quarter in 10-15 minutes, but at night you can relax away from the noise. The staff gave me their WhatsApp number so I could contact them at any time and they gave me very good recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, and even a tailor. They also helped us rent bicycles. The pool is very nice and the two rooms where we stayed were very spacious and comfortable.
