Easy check in process, nice sized room. Bed was comfy!! One of the best we've had in SE Asia. Cleaning daily. Breakfast is good, you pick the day before from a list of a variety of things. There is always tea and water available throughout the day as well. Bicycles are free so it's a great way to get around the town. We took them out on a few occasions. The beach is right across the main street making this a perfect location! The staff are lovely. I live out of hotels and I can tell you this is one of the best! I'm in Nha Trang now and wishing I had my room back from the Beach Palm Villa! I'll have it in my next video about HoiAn, follow our journey on YouTube The Inked Nomads? No issues for us!

The reception was so helpful and pleasant, and the breakfast ladies too. The beds were comfortable and we could leave the window open for the cross breeze We thought we were closer to the beach but it was an 8 min walk . Not a big deal .

The staff was amazing and nice and can converse well in english. The property is pretty far from food locations but it is very quiet so that is good.

It was close enough to walk to the beach. It was clean and offered a pool which was covered so we could use it even when it was raining. It was quiet.

The area where the guest house is located is very quiet, place is clean, room is nice with a large terrasse, the staff is very helpful. Price-quality ratio is excellent. Considering the price, nothing to complain about.

The staff here are INCREDIBLE! They can’t do enough for you. The room is also massive and has both an ac & fan. The room & bathroom were clean. I was on the bottom floor right by the pool. If you are sensitive to noise - ask for a room higher up away from the pool.

A gem of a place. We couldn’t fault it. Everything was great from checkin to checkout. The staff were magnificent. The hotel is so close to the beach and very quiet. Everything was great.

Our stay at beach palm was amazing!! I would 100% recommend it! The rooms were so comfortable and the entire place was clean and welcoming! The stand out for us was Na! She is amazing and will help you organise anything you want to do and is so welcoming and friendly everyday. She will always have a smile on her face, there is no job too big or too small for her! She came to our rescue many times, we made many memories there!! Thank you so much Na for our amazing time in hoi an!!

Great price for the quality of the room. Big, comfortable beds and generally a very pleasant vibe. Breakfast was included which was decent. The location however wasn’t so ideal. It’s a bit of out the way down a quiet residential road with no amenities nearby. You can walk to hidden beach in under 10 minutes but to go anywhere else you need transport. I booked a tour to My Son sanctuary through the reception desk. The following day, after an early get-up, when I was waiting to be picked up for the tour, I received a phone call from the receptionist to say the morning tour was fully booked and I could go in the afternoon instead. Not being impressed with this, I refused and then suddenly, after she made a phone call to the tour company, a place was available. It seemed like she had forgotten to book the tour. Was happy with it overall having got a good deal on the price.

Very clean rooms with big balcony. The host is so kind and will always try to help during our stay. The beach is at walking distance and there are free bicycles to use at the accommodation or motorbike for rent. The old town is 15 minutes away so keep that in mind. Grabcar, motorbike or bicycle are great options to go there!
