Windbell Villa

Wonderful homestay! Lovely, quiet setting, within walking distance from Old Town. The breakfast and facilities were great but the pool was a real stand out addition. The host family were very friendly.

The garden around the pool was very pretty and peaceful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the balcony was cool and looked over the garden. Breakfast was simple but good variety. The location is just removed from the busy centre, a pleasant walk to most places of interest. The family were kind and the manager helped with transport and booking. I really recommend this hotel. No negatives.

Great location, wonderful hosts in a beautiful green oasis. Helpful friendly people with fantastic food. Situated on the edge of the big market. Great location.AAAAA. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. Nothing not to like about WINDBELL VILLA.

This property is located in a rather quiet neighborhood away from the historic area. Food is less expensive around there and people were very kind and helpful. The room I was placed was on the first floor at the end of the building so it provided me with a good privacy. Every morning the construction began at 7am. No warning about that. One of the bedside lamp was gone and electric current was still running so it was a bit unsafe. The other bedside lamp was not working. The bathroom had a mold in the corner and the fan didn’t look like it had been cleaned a while. I included breakfast in my plan but it was not what expected. I would have not included had i known the limited selection of food. I suppose that you get what you pay for.

Lovely place, lovely room, lovely owners, lovely breakfast, lovely balcony, lovely vibe. Cannot recommend this spot enough. I’ve always stayed on this small island when I come to Hoi An because the Old Town is great to visit but a chaotic mess to stay in. The location of this hotel provides the perfect escape…quiet area within a 10-15 minute walk of the old town, and a much shorter walk to local restaurants and coffee shops. We extended for an additional night because of how much we enjoyed staying here. No real problems at all, this place is great.

Walking distance from the city centre

The family that owns the hotel are so sweet! We really loved our stay, the location seems quite far from the old town but actually it’s not that far… the room was clean, we had a little bit problem with charging our phones because we had to “adjust” it to the electricity so it can actually charge but it worked eventually, hot water, had pool and breakfast.

Great staff and location. Super quiet but a five minute walk into the busy market area. Very large room and French windows to open up during rain storms or comfy sleeping at night. Hot water could be improved

Room size was great, Air condition,hot water,clean towels,the staff was very nice , friendly and helpful, great breakfast and great location six minutes walk to old town center and that's where everything is also five minutes walk to Hoi An memorial land .

The air-conditioning unit didn't get very cold.

Nothing really, i love the pool very much though.

It's such a wonderful family run business and the people are so kind. Rooms are very clean as is the hotel, and most importantly, the pictures online as well as the room amenities listed are truly representative of what you get when you are there.

Really nice hosts, helped us woth everything we needed. Great breakfast, the room was spacious and clean, really great shower and great pool. Highly recommended. A bit far from the main area but ot’s only 4 minutes drive in a cab.

Everything! None, everything was just lovely!

- Clean and spacious room with basic amenities provided. There’re small balconies with the two rooms we booked. One even had a kitchen! - Great and friendly staff. They try their best to help and make us feel comfortable. - Hotel is big with pools, parking, rental bikes. Rooms are spaced out so no loud noises from neighbors and privacy is not an issue. - Very accommodating when it comes to pets since we had our dog with us. - Good price for the room and service. - Air conditioner works but cannot adjust the temperature. - Not located in the center so have to walk for a bit

The room looked a bit tired/scruffy. The walls could use repainting.

It was a little further out from the main town, so it would have been helpful to provide bikes. But i could rent one from their friend at least
