It must be an older property as the walls were quite thin. Voices and foot steps were quite loud at all times of the day. The air conditioner above our room dripped water constantly which landed on the window sill and was constant, loud, and annoying.

The property was clean, and the room was nice but upon exiting the door I noticed someone had stuck chewing gum over the peep hole, and when I informed the front desk they didn’t seem terribly concerned and never got cleaned up.

Breakfast was good for a free continental breakfast. Staff was very helpful in replenishing low stock of food. It was very clean and friendly staff throughout. Pillows in the room where strange as they were small squares and not a full size pillow. 2 queen bed room is very small as the beds take up most of the room. There was musty smell in the room and it seemed to mostly come from the ac/heating unit. Overall a fine experience and especially for the price.

It was a nice hotel. The beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had several items to choice from. It was located close to the downtown shopping area and restaurants.

bathroom was not cleaned correctly. no shower gel in shower just empty bottle. clocks and microwave clocks not set correctly. everything seemed sloppy.

Everything was fine. There was not one thing to gripe about. Room was nice. Shower was nice. Everything is what you would expect it to be. Breakfast was nice, too.

I stay at this hotel in Holland, MI 3-4x/year. Convenient location, excellent pricing, rooms are always super clean (& quiet), and the staff are always as friendly as they are professional. Will continue to stay at this hotel on future visits, and would recommend (very highly) to anyone visiting the Holland area. A+++

The staff was friendly and the room was nice however the stairwells smelled like weed very strongly. Also the breakfast was lacking. They ran out of waffle mix and the eggs were watery.
