This location is in the process of remodeling, so that was the only reason I didn't rate the appearance as excellent. The room was freshly remodeled. Very comfortable bed and plump pillows. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient to many attractions and the wedding venue we were attending

Staff was welcoming. They seem to be going through a renovation. The property was being painted during our stay and the carpet smelled brand new. The rooms were clean. They had a small breakfast but it was plenty!

The remodeled lobby was actually attractive and welcoming, but it was stuffy and humid. From there, things went downhill. The hallways have stucco walls and dated carpeting reminiscent of an ’80s roller rink or movie theater. The pool area was especially bad. Paint was peeling, the surrounding concrete was cracked, and the pool itself was full of debris. Our room had apparently been updated, but the jetted tub looked original and was filthy. The shower was stained and mildewy. To be fair, the property overall seemed relatively clean, and the continental breakfast was generous and well stocked. My biggest issue is how misrepresented this hotel is online. The photos do not accurately reflect how dated, worn and tired the property actually feels. I understand renovations are underway, but at the price we paid, the condition was unacceptable. Extremely overpriced for the experience, and we would not stay here again.

Properly is poorly maintained and the smell in the room/hotel was horrible.

Location was good. Breakfast was so so.. Hotel was under renovation. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Construction and smell.
-
Beds were comfortable and location was okay The security latch on the first room was broken and it smelled terrible

The bathroom/shower needs updating.

We got in late, so we didn’t do breakfast, but had coffee. Everyone was friendly there. Nice place.

Swing and a miss with remodeling, still tape on walls were they painted, shower was dated random screw on n the corner sticking out small tv. New carpet and paint was a plus bed was nice and everything was cleaned pool area was dated overpriced for what it was

The breakfast was bad and there wasn’t enough food and juice. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food also. The hotel did not smell good. I thought the hotel would be more appealing and nicer than it was.

There was no elevator. The pool area was not clean and the pool was clear but full of bugs and leaves. When in the pool area, I looked up and the gutters along the back of the building had foot high weeds growing out of them. The room was clean but the toilet was loose from the floor and the back of the shower head had a Leah where it screws into the medal piece that comes out of the wall.

Thank you, but no thank you.

The location and they were trying to renovate it. With the renovation it wasn’t done properly. The only outlet in our bathroom was behind a new mirror which there was no way to use the outlet. To blow dry or curl my hair I had to go out in the room and there was no mirror. You could hear people in the hall at night so not ideal. Breakfast had lukewarm warm coffee and no fresh fruit and besides bananas which were in the fridge. Even though they are attempting renovations it’s very poorly done.

Mattress was hard as a rock and breakfast was underwhelming. The property was clean and clearly they were working to improve it. The halls smelled of fresh paint and new carpet and the rooms appeared to have all new furniture as well. The room was nice and cool. The shower was hot. Overall it was decent.

The staff was told we was there to check in and replied with it’s ok and still did not come over to check us in. They do require a deposit for if anything happens like most places. It’s been almost a week and we still have not got it back. We left the room clean with no extra trash or nothing broke so we should get it back. So we will see if we have to call about the 100$ deposit. The staff was short with you and I watch him check in other people and still be short and rude with them along with us so it was not just with us. Do not recommend to stay at this one with the staff issues and the comfort of the rooms. The one good thing is they are updating the rooms so that is a help but the staff does not vacuum the floors . We found all kids of trash on the floor and picked up plastic chunks off the floor from other guest in the room ware the floors were not swept.
