I don’t like this property, if I had a choice I would cancel my booking Smells so bad, room not clean. Bugs in bathroom and floor.

Worst experience I have had at a motel. I booked through booking and show up to a man telling me he’s fully booked and yelling at me to go away. I show him the reservation and he does not care. Then tells booking I was a no show and continues to charge me. The whole encounter was completely rude, unprofessional and they are literal liars just to get a check. I was met with hostility and on top of booking.com “help center” was no use I was on the phone for an hour just to agree with the owner based on his word when I have email confirmation and there a camera showing me at the property. Never booking with booking.com ever again.

Property was ok this is my second time staying I feel like they shouldn’t charge for parking being it’s four parking spaces . They need a few upgrades on things but it was okay stay can’t complain bout that

Simple but very clean room. Excellent location to discover and do all the top things in Hollywood.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It is roughly two blocks from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I reserved this room for my girlfriend and her son who were traveling in the area. The room had cockroaches. The view from the room was of an empty lot full of trash and discarded furniture. She refused to stay there due to these conditions. I found her another hotel nearby. The hotel charged me full price for the night and refused to offer any kind of reimbursement.

Parking lot is so small and they charge 18 dls for parking, room are ok to get in and out they ned to do more maintenance on the room is in a good area
