The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hot water was instant, and the water pressure was very good in the shower and sink. The room was kept clean. The Hollywood location was near-unbeatable. The air in the room was a little stagnant, and we had to use the AC a lot to keep cool and clear the air. The bare fluorescent lighting in the sink area was a bit stark.
