Hollywood Hills Hotel

Room 117 was not in the building pictured in their marketing, in fact it wasn’t even the same color (peach). It was the forgotten building in the back by the trash cans. The pool was nice but no chairs or loungers to sit on. The room was clean and large, with a nice view but could not pivot TV, no plastic cups for the pool, no extra towels, nothing. All this is fine if you actually have a front desk to ask these things from.

The bathroom was our main issue. There was no outlet in the bathroom so drying and curling hair had to be done in the bedroom. However the outlet in there was nowhere near a mirror. There was also no ceiling fan/vent in the bathroom. There was mold all over the floor from the moisture from showers. They also showed photos on the website of the bathroom having a window with a view. I’m sure some unit may have had that, but ours did not. The description said sound proof walls, but the ceiling was not. We could hear every word from the upstairs tenant’s tv. Our TV was not visible from the bed so we couldn’t enjoy a movie or show at night from our bed.

The room was very spacious with a great view of the hills, but the primary reason we booked here was for the pool which was closed off for construction which wasn’t mentioned in the description. Would stay again once the pool is fixed up!

It was cute. The bed nor couch was plush. It was hard directing Ubers to the location as it shares an entrance with the restaurant. There isn’t a phone number to talk to anyone only text - even though they reply super quick.

I will definitely not be bothering booking here again. It was too complicated. There was nobody to really help you. If you had a question and it was way too expensive for no service.Basically, deposit two fifty.Come on, it's crazy.It's not my best choice. But maybe for like last minute, you don't have nowhere else. To go for sure book it

Our experience was disappointing. The location of the hotel was good, but there was not enough parking available. The room was not clean when we arrived. We booked the room for two people, yet only one towel was provided and there was only about a quarter roll of toilet paper left. In addition, the bed was very noisy whenever we moved, and there were several broken items in the room. We expected a much better level of cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to detail.

Bed was very comfortable, view was spectacular! Not the cleanest hotel, found food underneath the bed from previous guest and found a large beetle in the bathroom. The hotel parking is limited as well and difficult to navigate in the property. Although the text help desk was quick to reply, I would much have preferred to talk to someone directly with questions and concerns.

Mirror was broken and it was difficult to locate the hotel because they looked like apartments. Hard beds too.

Location and price. Adequately stocked kitchenette. Dated, no ice machine, only 1 roll of t.p., lots of uneven footing to access hotel from parking lot, no directions where to meet Uber. Bed hard as a rock!

The outside of the hotel from the parking area isn’t much to look at but the rooms are clean and modern. Ours had a lovely kitchenette with nice countertops. The floor was kind of dirty/greasy feeling throughout our room. It’s weird that there is no front desk but texting them through the text where you get the link to the key QR code was quite convenient and they responded quickly. We stayed 1 night and wished we could have used the pool. One night was enough.

The location.. Honestly everything the floor and “apartment”Was so dirty and the shower tap broke and they did nothing, it was very creepy people around and I did not feel safe
