The air conditioning was nice but loud. For breakfast the first day was milk and cereal and the second day was nothing at all. Staff was nice and the location was easy to walk to the walk of fame.

Perfect location for my trip. A/C unit was loud but worked to keep room cool when it was very hot 95F outside. The breakfast was very, very minimal: "breakfast" was plain slices of generic sliced white bread with an electric toaster (no spreads like butter or jelly given), a container of common sugary cereal, a pitcher of cow's milk (unknown type, probably 2% milk) to pour into the cereal, a pitcher of hot water, and a single type of black tea bag; on Monday, there was not bread, just cereal. Cockroaches in 2 rooms, entire hotel should be tent fumigated, the City officials should feel ashamed of this hotel. Returned to room after midnight, found numerous small and large cockroaches at sink. Informed front desk that I must move to a new room, staff insisted they must take a photo or could not believe me. Returned to room, front desk staff person initially DENIED seeing any cockroaches until it was blatantly obvious. Staff said, "We have been spraying but manager requires a photo, otherwise I can't move you." Staff said there were only two other open rooms which I could move to. So then we looked at a different room to move to, opened the bathroom of that room and found a dozen midsize cockroaches in the 2nd room too. Went to a third room, did not see cockroaches there, so I moved all my belongings after midnight to the 3rd room. Obviously the cockroaches are in the walls, and coming in through areas around the sink/shower pipes, and the hotel has been covering this up by putting sealant into any crevices, to prevent them coming in, but this is not a proper solution. Overall the hotel is 2-star at most, with the cockroaches, it is 1-star. The advertised Parking for extra $$$ per day is monitored by video camera but not secured by gate, open to a sketchy alley, so I did not feel secure parking there. Window of hotel should have screens, there is no screen, only metal bars which are bent out of shape as if someone previously tried to break in. Door of room does not have secondary lock or locking chain so does not feel secure. Given the cockroach problem, does anyone dare eat the "breakfast"? Given the cockroach problem which will lead to the hotel simply spraying common poison in some of the rooms, does anyone dare sleep in the poison-sprayed room?

We picked the hotel because it said it had breakfast. They literally only put out sliced white bread. No jelly or butter, just bread. We were there a week and on a couple occasions there was also a sugary child's cereal but that's it. Do not assume there is a breakfast. Also, wifi doesn't go over 1mbps so don't rely on their wifi for anything. One morning employee had good hospitality and service but outside of him, don't expect anyone to help you.

Once you arrive, you have to wait for someone to unlock the door and let you in. The parking area is located where I would not feel comfortable leaving my car overnight, yet they still charge $30 per day for parking. The parking situation along with the front desk manger made me decide not to check in, but unfortunately I still had to pay for the stay. I also would not consider this a place family friendly nor would I let the kids walk around the neighborhood by themselves.

First, know this: there is no Continental breakfast. It's literally why we chose the place. They put out only sliced white bread the first morning. No butter, no jelly. Some mornings they had a sugary child's cereal and no bread and sometimes a mix. We were there 9 nights and paid $1.5k and not once was the internet consistent. When tested it never got up to 1 MB/s and that's if it connected at all. I brought it up on 6 occasions and was spoken down to and patronized. When we asked for room service they made the bed but same sheets (we know because the same cigarette burn hole was in the same sheet in the same place). I was accused of not paying for parking when I flew in and took an Uber and when I explained this, the woman flat out didn't believe me and acted like I lied. The manager, whoever he is, clearly needs therapy. The employees are so limited in what they can help with. It's a toxic work environment that bleeds out and is unprofessional. We never once met this "man behind the curtain", but as someone who has spent a lifetime working in events and hospitality, he needs a different profession. We are currently getting better service at a motel at half the cost. New management is necessary for this place to succeed.

They could not provide us with 2 access keys to re-enter the property and our room. Parking was atrocious. They wanted $30 per day to park in an unsecured dirty lot. There were homeless people walking around as well as hookers walking between the cars on her phone. The room was tiny and the bed made noises when lying down. Pillows were flat. The AC was broken and made loud noises as it was trying to pump cool air that never came. Asked for amenities that any motel would provide and all we were given were 2 towels; no wash or face towels. When I asked for those amenities, I was given 2 different types of wash cloths and in place of soap, I was given packets of shampoo. On last day, there was a huge cockroach that came from behind the knob to turn on/ off the water in the shower. Upon looking up in the shower, there were clusters of spiderwebs and saw a spider crawling up the wall. Complained to lady at front desk and all could say is sorry and she’ll have someone look into my concerns. We will never stay there again or recommend this motel. This was anything but VIP. Definitely do not stay in room 101 in the lobby.

The front of the building looked really nice The walls were dingy. The floor was filthy. They ran out of towels. The whole weekend the few towels they did have were discolored. Some of them had foul odors. The pillow cases were dirty. They did not come to clean. The parking lot was in an alleyway that was really small. Cars were parked to close together and the dumpster was right in the front of it. As well as the parking lot was filled with junkies/drug users. And I feel I was ripped off plus they didn’t do refunds so I was forced to stay anyway with my family and the staff was slow to check people in or out as well as slow to bring anything. They over charge people as well thirty dollars a day to park. Five dollars for the key to the room and a sixty dollar daposite after you are charged for the room staff either on drugs or over worked and sleeping on the clock

It was a horrifying nightmare....the place was so dirty. Bed bugs everywhere and I ended up in hospital from hive reaction to bites. No amenities, 💯 false advertising. I had to change hotels and the owner Lilly had a 444.00 credit already paid. She booked me in West inn hotel and jipped the credit balance paying less 316..00 for new reservations same amount if days...this hotel smells like urine..bed bugs triple here and worse then her hotel. I have 2 heart conditions and asthma. And she did that to me. I'm being bitten so bad here my foot is swollen and reaction happening again. What a horrible thing to do to a person. Knowing paramedics came when I had it happen at her hotel. Paramedics saw the bugs too. She's probably re renting the room with no intention of treating it. Calling health Dept and also suing her soon!!!!!
