Staff was great all around. Especially the front desk staff in the valve. Definitely would stay here again for the touristy stuff.

Great staff, breakfast was good in the restaurant. Family friendly! The rooms are not as big and lacks aesthetics that you may find at other 4 star hotels.

Hotel was fine but the surrounding area was loud and filthy. Hotel has an odd layout to parking garage. People at front desk weren’t friendly.

Very convenient location, very clean, and comfortable stay. Staff were absolutely wonderful, they were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back to this hotel when we visit Hollywood again. It made our first Hollywood visit so memorable. Thank you so much.

I’ve reserved a double Queen beds, but was told that no room was available. The staff member gave me a handicap room with only one bed . I had to sleep at sofa. It wasn’t what i paid for. Well, i didn’t have any support afterwards.

Although the location is great this hotel is very old and poorly maintain. The rooms are the saddest thing ever and makes you wonder if someone cleans them.
