Ramada Plaza by Wyndham West Hollywood Hotel & Suites

First, that what they advertise is false there is no restaurant or bar. The iron was so dirty, I could not use. The manager, when I showed her the advertisement, she stated " oh I told them to take it down, the the restaurant and bar is been gone for years". This place is use for transitional housing for the unhoused.

I liked location, the cleanliness and space of the room and the bed was super comfy. In my room wifi struggled to work.

Great location to W. Hollywood. Hotel was clean, comfortable bed. It was hard to sleep because guest above us were running or something very late to early morning hours. We mentioned it to the front desk at checkout and was told we should have called security. Also my credit card was charged for $2.xx early the morning of checkout, the front desk couldn't explain why. $300 deposit for my room that was unexpected, got it back and then I was charged the room amount and deposit again days after I checked out. It was a $50 parking fee and when I asked about the shuttle service they advertised they told me they didn't have one.

Great location in a safe neighbourhood. Trader Joes is next door as in Erewhon for your classic LA smoothies. Public transport is non-existent in LA anyway, so I used Uber everywhere. The aircon unit was great and the mini bar has a small freezer section, so you can buy ice cream from next door in Trader Joes Room decor was a bit dated, but that’s not a big deal at all, as you won’t be spending much time in the room

Why does guest has to pay $50.00 for the parking? And early check in has to pay additional fee And staff did not advise us of the parking fee when we checked in. Body wash is empty.
