This was our 2nd time here and both experiences were wonderful! We arrived early in the morning and when we asked to store our luggage, within 10 minutes they had our room ready…at 10am! The hotel is so clean and comfortable. Our room had a sunken livingroom and a desk where my husband could work every morning. The staff are all very friendly. From front desk, to bartenders to maid service - every interaction was pleasant. The rooftop pool was great for small bites, drinks & an amazing view. We appreciated noon checkout. The Chamberlain goes above and beyond - we will always stay here when visiting LA!

A lovely hotel in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The suites were spacious and beautifully appointed, exactly what you’d hope for. Would definitely stay again. The valet parking attendant (the big guy) could have been more polite, especially for $70/day.

Hotel was lovely and clean and in a quiet neighbourhood which felt very safe. Staff were lovely and we even got a free room upgrade. Parking at 70$ but that seems to be the norm around that area, we just used one which was a 5 min walk just next to the Kith shop which was 20$ a night

Very quite neighborhood but close to main activities. Good size room and amenities. The downside was the bath room, very small, limited space for toiletries, etc although the shower box has a good size. Limited space to park on the street at night and the hotel parking was $70/night. Ouch!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms are so cute the pool area is such a good vibe with amazing views. The staff is very friendly! Claudia and the younger bartender from the pool were absolutely amazing!

Nice big room, friendly staff, rooftop pool was nice. You have to specifically request housekeeping to come and clean your room, they don’t do it automatically. Laundry services very expensive, we were relying on this but couldn’t afford it, we had to find a different laundry service in West Hollywood.
