I have stayed here twice now. Short walk to sunset, nice neighborhood. Staff has been friendly and helpful with whatever asked. The rooms are clean, cute and spacious. Love the roof view and pool . Had a great time.

The room was spacious and felt lux. The rooftop was great and relaxing. The location is walkable to most places nearby, and not far from the beach or downtown. The staff was extremely friendly and nice!

Camera grande e luminosa Housecleaning service just under request (and was not said at the checkin). In a 5* the housecleaning service must be the minimum service.

Took my daughter to California for her 21st birthday. We rented a car and decided to use a garage that was two blocks away bc it charged $42 rather than the $75 the hotel required. That was a big savings. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We walked almost everywhere. Safe, quiet and close to everything. We started our morning every day getting coffee at erewhon which was an experience upon itself! Only a block away. We walked to shopping, Pilates & some dinners. We really only needed to get the car for a day trip to Malibu & a dinner in Venice. Hotel staff was TOP NOTCH. So kind and friendly. We didn’t have robes & they were delivered within minutes. I had an issue w our iron & again within minutes I had a new one at my door. The room itself was very nice. Not super high end but it was nice. Small balcony w a view of an abandoned lot and a dumpster-def not ideal. Bed was very comfortable & space in room was good. Really no space in the bathroom for toiletries, make up etc, just an fyi. Water pressure was not good either but overall we were happy w the room. We did use the gym which was clean & nice. It had what we needed to get our day going. On our last am we took our coffee to the rooftop and sat in one of the cabanas. Pool was small but the space was nice. We were the only ones up there. They did have a bar up there but it was not open at that time. I would say the only real disappointment was all of the taxes and charges at checkout. Over $400 for 3nts
