Some significant confusion with rates given over the phone and then ones given. Also different parking rates given depending on who I spoke to. Staff at front counter and valet were lovely.

The only issue I had was with ice !! Not the law enforcement kind. The cold type!! I called the front desk and asked for ice to be delivered to our room. Took over an hour the first time and never got any the third time. Called twice and no ice. What’s up with the ice? No ice machines where I could easily taken care of it myself. Nope. That’s my only issue !!

I was unable to sleep. The AC unit in the room causes an extremely loud sound and vibration. I completely shut off the unit in my room but there is still noise and vibration from the next room. I will never stay at this hotel again. Its incomprehensible that they have such a level of noise

The room was nice, could be cleaned a bit better especially under the chairs etc. Not a lot on the menu for kids at all and probably not the best hotel to stay if you are travelling with children. Helful staff and overall enjoyed my stay.

The natural feel and cleanliness One incident with a room cleaner didn’t have the room cleaned until after 1pm because of “sustainability” excuse. Not sure what that means.
