Beautiful views from the roof and pool and the decor was great. For a hotel of this caliber and cost there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail. Things like towels that felt rough and were unraveling at the sides, paper cups for coffee in the room, only one robe provided per room and no slippers, and pretty average quality bathroom products. The little details are what makes a hotel standout in it's class and are where I felt the Sun Rose failed to deliver.

The location, room was comfortable and great gym. Its a bit run down, and not very stylish- more kitsch or maybe it was stylish in the early 2000s

Everything nice, well kept and clean As soon as you leave, they simply do not care anymore. They charged me more than what was due, 1 month after i'm still waiting to get the money back. It would be nice for them to answer the emails as well.....

Super appreciated the early check-in for my 70 year-old in-laws off a long haul flight. They were just a little disappointed that the rooftop restaurant was closed for renovations for the two nights that they stayed. They used the bar instead.

Hotel is new and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is perfect.

The interior of the room was colourful and pretty with amazing outlets not properly working, Toiletry not much available in room and the restaurant by pool side was closed.

Location, facilities, staff In our bathroom taking a shower meant the entire bathroom turned into a swimming pool (no joke), the shower curtain (which ever way we put it) did not stop the water from going everywhere. We reported this after the first night, but nothing was being done about it unfortunately. It meant you needed around 6 large towels to dry the floor afterwards.
