Loved the location and the vibes. Such a fun place to stay if you love music and a good time!

The staff was great. I appreciated the free margaritas. The decor was cool! The room was musty smelling when I arrived. The amount of money held on my card for amenities was not spoken aloud but printed on a sheet of paper. There were other fees not well explained. I heard music and conversations in another room until 5am

Really really cute hotel with a great vibe. Loved the free margarita happy hour for guests, the room was cozy and the bed was comfy!

For planning purposes, all of my communication said check in was at 3:00. I decided to time my arrival closer to 3:30 to be sure it would be a smooth process. When I got there, they said they don’t guarantee room availability until 5 and 3 is simply when checkin starts. I had to wait for about an hour and then we were given a room. It’s not the end of the world, just annoying as I would have enjoyed our day further in Orange County before driving up to LA just to wait around. Other than that, the staff was great!

This place is fantastic and the pool party looked like a whole vibe. Recommend this place over and over.

Great decor. Wonderful pool patio. Nice bar and restaurant and social spaces. Loud rock and roll music first thing in the morning in the main social spaces.

It was such a fun and different hotel. We just stayed for one night but had a great time.

Didn’t like they put hidden extra charges for many things including valet parking, no Microwave and no other option to warm the food.

The location was beautiful and convenient. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the service was amazing. I do have to mention that one of the bed site lights broke on my first night, but other than that, everything else was literally excellent.

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the valets. The front desk clerks were also exemplary. Check-in was quick and painless and I was given lots of good information. Another clerk later helped me print some items. Everyone was kind. I would prefer coffee in bedrooms - but I honestly enjoyed getting up to get coffee in the lobby. Also, at first I didn’t like the idea of valet - but the valets were so helpful and the convenience (and safety) of it all made it worth while.
