Best Western Plus Sunset Plaza Hotel

Lovely location. Good sized rooms. Overall an awesome place to stay to visit Hollywood.

The rooms were nice and clean, the staff were nice and friendly! The breakfast was a No for me!

The location is unbeatable. Being right on the Sunset Strip puts you in the heart of everything. It felt incredibly central and safe, with famous spots, great restaurants, and comedy clubs just a short walk away, and convenient parking. The complimentary breakfast was the perfect way to kick-start our mornings. It went way beyond a basic continental spread. It had a variety of hot options like eggs, breakfast potatoes and bacon. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. From the moment we checked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to help. Between the perfect location, the delicious breakfast, and the top-tier service, this hotel offers incredible value for West Hollywood. We will definitely be back!

Great location! Sufficient parking. Gorgeous pool/courtyard area. Friendly staff. Very clean. Large room. Very comfortable beds. Fantastic shower. Good breakfast. All around, a really enjoyable experience.

Literally right on Sunset Blvd. directly in front of Saddle Ranch Chop House. Parking in underground garage can get a bit tight but it is self parking. Great breakfast in the mornings and lovely renovated rooms and the grounds are manicured and lovely.

The location was great, right on Sunset Boulevard. The room was spacious and the pool area was great. (1) The cost of the room was ridiculous -- I feel hotels were raising prices just because they could. To pay $500 a night for a room here (initial price was $399, then include taxes and parking) -- I understand that the World Cup is going on, tons of graduations. But a hotel that usually prices rooms at $199 charges to charge $399 seems to be price gouging (2) We were given a handicap accessible room, yet asked for a 2 Queen bed room. Not a huge deal, but I wasn't going to go complain to the front desk as it was after a long day of traveling. (3) The bathroom in the handicap accessible room was quite slippery. Thank heavens I could manage -- I would just worry about anyone who isn't stable on their feet in that bathroom (4) We were situated right near the exit and the exit door was kept open, which doesn't bode well for being "safe" (5) The morning front desk clerk (we checked out at 5:45 am) did not ask how our stay was, never made eye contact -- just printed out the bill and gave us the receipt -- was just not very nice.

The garage clearance is 6’2” - so this will be an issue for taller cars.

Really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and the parking area provided made it easy to come and go. We had a few issues with the door not locking but it was repaired quickly. The pool is a wonderful place to sit and relax after a day of site seeing!

Staff was sooo nice. We arrived early and they happened to have a room available. Everyone was great!

Location was amazing. Room was super clean. And the pool was nice as well. Parking was also very reasonable priced. Elevator seemed old and slow. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options.
