Ramada Plaza by Wyndham West Hollywood Hotel & Suites

First, that what they advertise is false there is no restaurant or bar. The iron was so dirty, I could not use. The manager, when I showed her the advertisement, she stated " oh I told them to take it down, the the restaurant and bar is been gone for years". This place is use for transitional housing for the unhoused.

They robbed me

In its favor Had ac , a tefrigerstor and sn iron and tv. So if you are there just to sleep It will do

Great location to W. Hollywood. Hotel was clean, comfortable bed. It was hard to sleep because guest above us were running or something very late to early morning hours. We mentioned it to the front desk at checkout and was told we should have called security. Also my credit card was charged for $2.xx early the morning of checkout, the front desk couldn't explain why. $300 deposit for my room that was unexpected, got it back and then I was charged the room amount and deposit again days after I checked out. It was a $50 parking fee and when I asked about the shuttle service they advertised they told me they didn't have one.

Comfy beds and a great location near Trader Joe's and Erewhon.

Why does guest has to pay $50.00 for the parking? And early check in has to pay additional fee And staff did not advise us of the parking fee when we checked in. Body wash is empty.

Location. Easy to walk to grocery, liquor, restaurant, bar and central to many LA neighborhoods. Blackout blinds didn’t fully close ‍♂️

Not clean enough. Staff was very rude. 3 people standing and ignoring letting one employee take care of the people in line Flooring were not clean enough. Rooms were not being cleaned every day. Extremely rude staff at the register especially the manager

Very big room. Cozy swimming pool Cold reception. No food service, no possibility of breakfast.

Best value for area. Outdoor pool was decent.

Location was great Shower pressure was average, there were pubes in the bath when we first arrived. Pillows were very uncomfortable.
