Lobby was small, just a desk. The washing basin did not provide a soap and I have to ask the staff downstairs and finally gave me a small soap for washing my hands.

They didn’t give me receipt!!!!

Room we were given when we checked in was not the one pictured or described on the booking.com site. While it was nice it was not what I wanted (different layout and facilities). We were moved to the room as advertised two days later, as it was not available for the first couple of nights. Staff was apologetic but I disagree with advertising one thing and delivering something different!

The flat is spacious and equipped with good window blinds. The kitchen was under-equipped, with the microwave buried below countertop level near the door of the flat. There were no washing up supplies of any sort--I had to bring my own. Various hooks and electrical outlet covers kept falling off the walls. The bathtub did not hold water. Overall, the flat was poorly maintained and the kitchen was inadequate.

Friendly and helpful staff. Some lights were out in our room and were fixed the following day. The hotel was in a great location-accessible to transport, restaurants and supermarkets. We'd left some stuff that we couldn't fit into our suitcases upon check out and the hotel messaged me with photos to check if we were OK to dispose of them.

The hotel was in a location that was easy to get to where we wanted but without it being super loud with tourists or workers. The room was nice. Bed was very large and comfortable. We'd have benefitted from a little more storage space.

The location is perfect, walking distance from the MTR station. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was super clean, really spacious and it came with a nice urban view (13nd floor). The coffee machine in the room was outstanding. These little things really can make the difference. Unfortunately I was not able to extend my stay with one more night. Due to Chinese NY it was completely booked.

Not as clean as photos, cleaning only happens 3 days a week. No soap in the sink you have to ask for it. Very noisy thin walls.
