Liked the location, convenient to Central Station. Staff were excellent. One recognized me as guest many years ago in stays at other Butterfly Hotel in Hong Kong.

Room was very cool, unique, stylish. Very central location in LKF - great view from the room overlooking, walking distance to MRT, ferry, shops, tons of restaurants. Can be noisy at night because you are so central in LKF, I could still here music until very late. If you're a heavy sleeper, then it shouldn't be an issue, a light sleeper - prob earplugs would help.

Location was on point! Despite the energetic night life it was quiet inside. Our toilet didn’t flush properly.

It’s conveniently located near the train station and easy excess to food and shopping It’s in a street full of bars and restaurants and the music is loud till 3-4am in the morning. Luckily we had the top floor so it’s much better . Also the hotel is preferable for couples , singles and young adults and not for teenagers or kids

I asked Reception to change room, due to noise levels, and they accompdated me instantly. On 10th floor and under, the noise at night (music rumbling from all restaurants in the area) is simply too loud to sleep. Till 03:00am - 04:00am happy hours, dictate your rest. Earplugs are not enough, the entire building vibrates. Going above 10th floor, the noise level will decrease progressively. Unfortunately this is not something the hotel can resolve No breakfast facilities. The location of the hotel, is terrible for taxies. No water in the room.

Good location. Short walking distance to the subway and trams. Staff very helpful and friendly. They offer a free mobile router so you are not without internet when you’re off site. Smoke detectors and outlets for water spray visible on the ceiling in case of fire . Great water pressure in the shower. Not plus or minus, but everything that you normally get in a room, like water, coffee packets, etc are in the lobby. You are free to fill your water bottles there. Nice Harry Potter themed Christmas decorations. I was given a room designed for a disabled person. I am not disabled. If the room is to be used by all clients, they have made some odd choices. There is no luggage rack but there is a weird high chair. The shower must be used as a hand held because there isn’t a high position to place it. In its resting position, it was at my waist level. Since there is no shower curtain or door, water sprays to the toilet area. There is no good shelf for toiletries. I don’t know where somebody in a wheelchair would put their things. I used a high nook. The over sink mirror can’t be used if you’re standing. Fortunately, the walls are mirrored so you just have to get the steam off. Finally, they use a scent diffuser in their lobby on full blast. Too much scent for those of us with sensitive noses.
