The location right next to Pottinger St and in Central, HK is excellent. It’s well connected, lots of eateries and lots of old walkways to explore. The room was large but felt dated. The decor hadn’t been updated in a while and it showed. The hotel also does not have a drive in entrance so pick up and drop off occurs on Stanley St which can be very tight and congested.

Location, staff were kind and helpful, room was beautifully appointed. The mattress was of the old style, springy and hard, so if your partner moved or was reckless, the other person felt it too. Also pillows were rather on the big and heavy side.

Location was wonderful! Close to everything. Michelin restaurant just across the street Wonderful shopping at queens road Of taking the AirPort Express from the airport - take the passenger walkway bridge . I did not know and took the streets which was difficult to maneuver with luggage and all the people. I wished the website would have stated that as an option of walking . Service was wonderful. Housekeeping was very good. There wasn’t any room service or gym. But you who needs a gym when you have to walk all these hills in Hong Kong! It can get abit noisy at night given location downtown Also pump soap in shower . No other amenities like body cream etc… no shower cap.

Location was awesome, close to everything. Staff are not tourist friendly. They don’t know how to offer any guidance, and couldn’t even be bothered to wish us off as we checked out with our bags. Not even a fake how are you moving out etc?

The location is in the middle of the Central of Hong Kong. It is excellent for people who like stay within the hustle and bustle of everything. The hotel provides no breakfast as eating places are everywhere within walking distance. If you are a city boy and seeking for convenience, this is the place to be. Not to blame the hotel but as you walk out of the hotel beware of dense and heavy traffic of cars and people. The hotel is located alongside narrow road (although it is called Stanley Street but it is more like a alley).

Very helpful staff, clean, great location though a heads up for your clients, taxis are rare to come by. Use Uber or book a taxi.

Such a good location! Walking distance to most everything. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. I appreciated the in-room filtered drinking water service and coffee pods! The Pottinger has ceased serving breakfast. I went to Mr Fox - very good!

The staff are very friendly and polite, best customer service ever! Definitely worth your money because of it's location and proximity from the City's attractions and basic commodities. Nothing. Everything was excellent!
