big room with big scenic window, bathroom separate shower and bath tub, friendly helpful staff, english speaking, causeway bay central place, philip water dispenser love it, nespresso machine expensive, lacking in amenities such as robe, bath salt (even they have bathtub), no showercap; the sheets are clean but it has an unpleasant smell, not sure if detergent, or fabric spray but it kept me from sleeping well.

Nice hotel in great location, good breakfast and friendly staff WiFi was not working about half the time during a 4 day visit. I went to desk and got help and a half hour it would be gone. My wife and another friend traveling with me had same problem

I did not use their breakfast because the location was so convenient to many local restaurants nearby. My room has a great partial mountain view and is near the metro and shopping area. The room is a bit smaller than expected, but other than that, the staffs are very accommodating. I love their hot water dispenser in the room for making tea to drink. Excellent location for tourists if visiting Hong Kong.
