Very good value for money. Location very close to MTR station. Bedsheets not that clean.

This was my 3rd time staying at Apple Inn and I keep returning as I know what I will get. It's basic, but covers what is needed in Hong Kong for a short stay, a bed, bathroom, wifi and ac. Location is great, walking distance to the MTR and plenty of eateries in the area. Great value for money, will stay again next time I visit Hong Kong

nothing...bed bugs bite what i got.. uncomfortable..no towel...toilet is just uncomfortable quite pricey... for 2 nights 980hkd

There were no bugs. It was very "hong kong". It was in the 10th floor of a random building with other weird hotels--including hourly ones. Super sketchy. Pay more, stay in a nice hotel in Hong Kong.

The location is very convenient - walking distance from Times Square. The entrance to the hotel is not cheerful - they shoud make it cheerful & bright. The rooms are tiny - perhaps the compulsions of space shortage in Hongkong. I was initially allotted a very tiny room with an even tinier toilet area that was completey impractical, but they were kind enough to shift me to a slightly bigger room at no extra charge.

Good location. Close to the heart of Causeway Bay and access to MTR station. Room is small and the soundproofing is not great. There was some sewage smell from the bathroom.

Reserve at price for the double mini room, unfortunately, the room that I stayed in was a mini apple room. Requested to change the bigger room regrettably told that that was the room that I reserved.

location was good the amount paid I think not fair for the room booked and it should be APPLE IN right away written in google not APPLE HOTEL . Anyway we still thankful we have place to relax even not that what we expect .Maybe this place are good for lovers

I didn’t like anything except the good wifi connection . Everything . The room, the facilities of the hotel , the service from the staff was terrible , and the hygiene. I got bitten by bed bugs .False advertising of this place .

I didn’t receive the room I paid for, Shower door broken , windows were painted and couldn’t be opened. Overall false advertising. We told by booking.com the hotel would change the room but the staff at the hotel refused.
