The location is amazing. The hotel is clean, from the moment we walked in it looked and felt clean. The staff are amazing, trustworthy and professional. I accidentally left my phone at the lobby and only realised 20 mins later. I called the hotel and they found it and kept it for me until i came back. Even then they asked me to key in the password to ensure i was the owner of the phone, thanks for that. Nothing, everything was amazing

We arrived in Hong Kong rather late and did not have time to get some local currency. The older taxi we took also did not have e-payments dialed in, but the staff came out and paid the driver in cash. The location of the hotel is very convenient to dining and the subway for getting around. It was pretty much perfect - could not have asked for more.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable, close to all the eateries and public transport. What truly stood out, however, was the service. Every staff member was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Highly recommended!. Please consider expanding the breakfast menu. More daily variety in the hot food section and more fresh healthy options would be a great improvement. Expanding the menu would definitely enhance the overall guest experience.

This is our 4th stay at Lanson Place. We like the rooms as it’s well kept. We also like the location. Although it’s very accessible, it’s not crowded. Not applicable.

Location is great. It’s in Causeway Bay within walking distance to Times Square and Hyson Place. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Staff (especially Tiffany) was very responsive when we notified them of high humidity in room due to the rainy season, they offer to bring up a dehumidifier immediately which helped a great deal and made the stay more pleasant and comfortable. Carpet in room could be cleaner.

It was clean, elevated, restaurant was excellent. The front desk staff are usually stressed it seems. Not a very nice feeling to encounter that. We also went to use the gym. It’s not very big and the stretching room was reserved for someone who would use the room at 8 am. It was currently 7 am! So we used it as there is no other place for us to stretch. the employee came running so stressed about this instead of just accommodating until 7:40 (which is when we left).

Nice and helpful staff. Also the location is great just a bit difficult for drop off very little parking spot. Just a bit disappointed cuz I heard from friends that they will provide some coffee and egg tarts at the lobby but it’s no more while I stayed

Beautiful hotel, top notch service from staff from the moment we stepped in, throughout our stay and at departure. Wonderful breakfast selection to wake up to each morning at their well appointed dining room. Location was so ideal, just a few steps to the MTR and tram and you are right in the middle of lively, bustling Causeway Bay while also feeling the tranquility and luxurious stay. Bonus was the laundry room which was well serviced by staff however can get busy in the evening.

Amazing location, warm and inviting staff, decor was updated and rooms were surprisingly spacious. I also loved that there was an onsite self service laundry room.
