It had great location, very safe, helpful staff in terms of check in and luggage storage. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. You can hear everything that your neighbors are doing. Woke up many times at night to a phone vibration sound coming from the other room. It sounded like it was in my room but wasn’t. When the neighbors were showering the sound of the water was so loud I couldn’t talk on the phone. Other than that I don’t want to complain- in the end safety and cleanliness are the most important.

Everything else was horrible, but location is the only reason that made me forgive about all the negatives Water temperature changes every single time. From ice cold to boiling hot. I made myself self-boiled everytime I take shower. Temperature change gets worse if someone next door use water. Window was impossible to open so super hot shower+no window=suffocating. No sound proof at all. I had to hear everything my next door says and at night, I even heard them making love very clearly. It was terrible experience and I felt vomiting to hear such kind of noise. Ruined my whole trip. Also staff was not kind. And most importantly, it really took 10 days for the 500 HKD deposit to be returned. I gave them credit card as they requested. Maybe it will not work or take much longer time with debit card. So make sure to bring credit card. Location is a huge huge advantage. Hotels in hongkong are usually like this I guess. But I will never come back again especially for the no-sound proof experience.

Location is superbly convenient Air-conditioning is always on, can’t opt to shut off. Too cold for us from Malaysia.

location was quite convenient the towels were terribly thin. it’s literally as thin as the material of a facial wipe. they could at least use proper hotel towels for the price of the room.

Cozy and clean room, the bed is enough for two people to fit in and sleep comfortably. The location is close to MTR and there are a lot of cafes and restaurants around for you to explore and dine. Overall, a very good experience. They didn't provide handwash in the toilet, so we had to buy our own. There was no drinking water provided which we had to manage on our own as well.

Unfortunately, we encountered some annoying, inexplicable details, namely: a complete lack of storage space, an almost complete lack of shelves and hooks for clothes, and terrible towels.

Location was good. Drop key check out was convenient. 2 elevators were small and slow. As soon as I got in the door of my 10th floor unit the fire alarm throughout the building went off and continued for several minutes. When I finally got to the basement lobby they told me it was a false alarm and if it were a real incident they would call my room. Really? People trapped in a basement would call all the rooms if there was a real incident? They offered no compensation.

Clean, cold air conditioning, good internet, fantastic location!

Nothing Room was too small, 2nd bed is too close to air ducting and filled with dust.
