Rooms were clean and comfortable. No view…. Building buried within other buildings. Location is not near a MTR.

Very stylish and great amenities. This was one of the most nicely designed hotel rooms I've seen. Despite being relatively small, I was able to share with my friend without an issue given the partitions between the bathroom and the bedroom which allowed for privacy when using the shower or toilet when needed. The service was great. The location was very convenient, within a 10 min walk of the Wan Chai and Exhibition Centre MTR stations.

The Hotel was very well designed, rooms while on the smaller side were comfortable, all the spaces maximized. The gym was compact but had all types of equipments. The breakfast had a substantial selection & the quality was good. Not that I didn’t like but the room where we stayed would have been difficult to maneuver if we had big suitcases. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was not good for putting on make-up.

No minibar, no night room service, it is just ok hotel but nothing more, the price is not more than 200$ for this type of the hotel

Perfect location for us, we were able to walk to most of our meetings. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel was excellent. The fitness centre was a little small. No swimming pool.

Lovely clean hotel, good location for causeway bay The terrace which was a lovely place to sit was closed one night a week and opened midday, would be a great place if opened all day and you could get tea coffee etc, restaurant seemed to be understaffed and felt sorry for the staff

The interior design is stunning. Superior view both day and night. Great amenities, they have a team of trendy staff with excellent service and professionalism. Drinks and snacks in the terrace bar are great, fantastic vibe. Breakfast is great with a dish of your choice, however I’m quite disappointed with the croissant. It could have been better. I like the drink options though - mango shake, alcohol. It isn’t close to any of the metro. However it’s at the heart of the city, 10 mins walking distance to Causeway Bay, still manageable if you have time. Better cab to everywhere.

Location and room facilities and cleanliness all were fantastic. The breakfast was disappointing and a small amount and very less options and we couldn’t get any more food after one plate.

Staff a bit rude, gave deposit 1000, most of the hotel refund very fast, but no news so far, very limited breakfast option, not good value for own its worth, maybe next time i will choose this hotel without any breakfast.

Great stay! Perfect downtown Hong Kong Island location, super convenient for everything. The hotel design is chic and the room was roomy and comfortable, not something you always get in the city. Highly recommend! Nothing negative to say, just note that it’s a few minutes’ walk to the nearest MTR, which didn’t bother me at all.

Overall, location was great!!!! Staff were all amazing! EVERYTHING was great!!! The only thing is the headboard of the bed is extremely dusty.
