Absolutely nothing I could not even stay it was disgraceful I would not let a dog stay and Try and sleep on the terrible bed Everything You have all my complaints If I knew I would not get a refund of some kind I would have taken a homeless person from the street and let them stay the 2 nights Instead you gave me a near worthless credit

Hotel location in Wanchai is excellent, fit my need to go around in Hong Kong.

The hotel's location in Wan Chai is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the MTR and plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff who made the check-in process smooth. The room was quite small and the facilities felt a bit dated, which made the space feel cramped. Additionally, the street noise from the nearby tram and traffic was noticeable even on higher floors, making it difficult to sleep at times.

Easy transportation, bus in front of hotel both to Causeway Bay and to Central. MRT about 3 blocks (5-7 min). Supermarket is on opposite road. Easy to get food

Since we went for business, the hotel met our needs of just crashing at night and leaving in the morning. The location was good, Halal food was also in under 10 mins walk, shopping areas was also under 10 mins and even the metro. The place doesn't have breakfast available. As we weren't looking for something out of the ordinary, we didn't have much expectations from the hotel. The property is small but they should have a breakfast buffet floor too. It will definitely boost up their demand.

Nice hotel, which was small with what appeared to be only ?3 rooms per floor but very tall. We had decent sized rooms for Hong Kong with comfy beds. The fancy toilet seat was very intricately designed. Lively area with convenience stores, department strores, malls and restaurants all around. Easy to reach from the airport on the A11 airport bus stopping almost outside. In between 2 MTR stops so had to walk some way to get on the train. No body wash refill provided in one bedroom when it ran out & no soap refill in the other. There was also a drain in the middle of the bathroom which was persistently wet. We requested an extra pillow from the cleaner which never arrived. The lobby was restricted due to refurbishment making it inconvenient whilst waiting for the elevator due to lack of area.

Excellent staff!

The location was great, close to restaurants, shops and good transport links to go around! The staff were nice and we also got an upgrade which was lovely, the beds were very comfortable and spacious!

Good location with lots of city life around. It was between Causeway Bay and Wanchai MTR stations so a 10 minute walk either way. No real facilites at this hotel but ok for our needs which was a well located place to sleep. It's narrow and very high.
