Got everything you need for a hotel The staff is rude! Seems like she doesn’t bother to help you. We requested for a double bed in our booking, but when we got up the room, it turns out to be a twin bed. The reception then told us that there is no double bed room that day. We asked for a refund, but the receptionist said we did not book directly through them so she can’t help. When she saw us calling Booking.com customer service, she then tell us there is actually a twin bed pushed together for double bed and offer us to change the room. The receptionist is so unprofessional and rude.

great location, great staff a little bit better upkeep, as stayed two seperate rooms one a standard and then a deluxe, standard was basic but ok needing a bit of TLC, then upgraded to a deluxe room for rest of stay, and very comfortable but even deluxe room, peeling paint on ceiling and cracked panels, just felt like a bit of TLC and the place would have been perfect value for money...

its a great location, super convenient, coffee shop right outside the door, within walking distance of both Wan Chai and Causeway Bay MTR, easy to get to Convention Centre, etc the room could do with a little bit better upkeep, the wall paper on one room was coming off , and the ceiling paint flaking heavily in another, everything else really on the ball.... Just a tad more upkeep would be perfect

Location was good, just what I needed for work, trams and buses just outside hotel and short distance walk to MTR station. The neighbourhood is quiet after dark but still have lots of choices of small local restaurants and not far to districts like Wanchai and Causeway Bay which can get literally anything. The hotel room was compact but very handy, superb WiFi, everything I need included. A big thank you to the cleaning lady, friendly, cheerful and thoughtful. A strong smell of smoke inside my room especially the shower room, I guessed someone was smoking in the next room and the odour just came through, however the room I requested was a non-smoking.
