The hallway smells and I need to change room because of this

The coffee shop employees in the lobby need some guest management training. I ordered a coffee and carried a tiny cookie in my pocket. Even after I told him that I was a hotel guest, the employee insisted that I stop eating it. It sucks and is disrespectful.

Location, cleanliness and excellent service Room is not very soundproof, I could hear the occupants on one side having a discussion and the couple on the other side engaged in an adult activity.

No Microwave provided; it is not suitable for long-term stays. There is only one electrical plug by the table. Unfortunately, there is no small table in the corner with 3 electrical plugs. Due to poor ventilation, the small refrigerator isn't cooling at all. Why did the designer add a door to cover it? This wastes a lot of energy to maintain the refrigerator's cooling effect. I hope the management will take these issues seriously.

Location was good, restaurants, public transportation, shopping room A/C was not working well and the room was so cold.

I did not like anything about this property. This property should be for I think demolition the building and the hotel privacy itself is so old. It smells like moldy old building The hotel is very old. Very small room smells like mold everywhere that will make you feel sick note that moles are very toxic to human health and it’s very overpriced.

somewhat pricey, the room quite small. for a few nights neighbours were making a lot of noise all night long, so some quiet hours policy would be great.
