Location was perfect for everything we needed. Beds comfortable. Rooms clean. Just what we were looking for. The ‘city view’ is misleading as you’d imagine there’s a view but it’s just another building across the street.

Perfect and convenient location. Everything is accessible. Just a few minutes walk to every MTR station, shops, restaurants, supermarket, etc. Bathroom fixtures still looks a bit dated and needs to be renovated. Other than that all good!

the employees at the door were very kind. For how much I paid I was expecting a lot better. Extremely disappointed at how old the room was. The rooftop opens at noon which also I did not expect as I was excited to go up in the mornings as I thought it would have been open always for guests.

What I liked most about The Park Lane Hong Kong was its exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and unbeatable location in Causeway Bay. With countless restaurants, cafés, and shopping destinations just steps away, it offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and hospitality. There was honestly nothing I disliked about my stay. Everything, from the service and facilities to the location and overall experience, exceeded my expectations.

Location This hotel badly needs to be updated/renovated. It does not deserve to be classified as a 5-star hotel at all. Some of the hotel staff are not friendly and accomodating.

The Nespreso machine and pods in the room, the very friendly staff. The fitness room also a big plus. No bidet in the toilet.

Modern well thought out rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Large bathroom with modern "rain" head shower, enough space for clothes and bags, small kitchen area with fridge, Nespresso coffee maker and digitally adjustable filtered water spout. Spacious room with small office area, reading sofa with foot rest and many other details that simply make sense. Staff friendly and professional, location 3 mins walk from metro, 1min from shopping and so on...
